Chapter 8 - CHAPTER SEVEN

"Do you have a plan?" Williams inferred.

Jason leaned forward, both elbows on his legs, and his fingers intertwined underneath his scrappy beards. "I mean, unless we have someone that could actually help us from the outside, we can't start any war,"

"We could always find someone to assist us that's not an employer from the organization," Jessica countered him, as if intentionally wanting to prove him wrong for some personal revenge.

"Your family? I could laugh my ass out," He didn't give her time to celebrate her comeback, and she hissed, annoyed. "In my case, if we are going to have a chance against that company, we may need to have a person working in there, as an informant for us, that is, if they don't know he was the one that helped us. And at the same time, if he is going to be a threat, we are fucked, and that's why as I said earlier, his presence may favor us or go the opposite way. But well, it's not a choice only I should make, we have some people that don't me to have a say here, and just to chip in, we are fucked anyway. already knows where we are located, so, if he is against us, we're done for, so let's just hope he is trust worthy, as Olivia hopes."

He was reasonable, the amount of untrue words he said were zero. So, with no one saying anything, Williams spoke up.

"We do have a choice to find another help from somewhere, but let me ask. If we want to goo with Olivia's source, signify," Williams raised his right arm, and Olivia followed. Jason sure to allow at least those two to vote before he joined them, and it was just those three, making it a tie.

"pfftt!" Jason looked at Jessica and laughed adding, "I guess someone still rather prefers their family,"

Jessica noticed his tease, and fed up, she lost it. "Hey--!"

*knock, knock*

Jessica already got up to her feet, ready to fight of she had to, before she was interrupted by the knock on the door, and alerted, the rest that were sitting all got up to their feet. Who that was, they cared less, they were ready to jump anyone. Knowing she was the only powerless one, Jessica moved behind the rest of the five, questioning her decision, and kept on moving back, till she got behind the bed she was laid on, and hid.

Williams moved slowly and quietly to the side beside the door, and as he did, he raised his index and middle finger which were joined together and pointed them at Jason, shifting the fingers from Jason to a side beside where he moved to, as if telling him to go there, and then making similar gestures to the rest, and at least, all except Lily and Cole could understand what he ordered them to, but the two did move to position that seemed convenient, and Williams nodded.

The next second, he pulled the door knob, opening it up.

No one said a thing. They allowed whoever that was to walk in before making any move, that may have been the safest course of action for them, for them to be sure they weren't found, and as soon as a man in a corporate wear walked in, Williams slammed the door, grabbing the man by the neck, followed by Cole's swift movement and Jason's stretched arm, it was all reflexive movements, as Williams already had the man locked down.

"It's me, I'm the one who drove you here, it's me!!" The man yelled out.

"Hmm?" Williams moved his face to the side to have a look at the man's face. "Oh...!"

"Speak of the devil" Jason took his arm back, allowing a relieving sigh, and it was not just him, Jessica forced herself out, but, who was that?

"Elvis!" Olivia yelled, and oved forward, increasing her pace till she got to Elvis. She forced him out of Williams grip, raised him up bit, then bent to hug him.

"huh.. Wait!" Jessica called out from where he hid she had her head out the moment te tension had gone out, but she still seemed to be tense.

"What's it this time?" Olivia turned around and asked.

"It's him…"

"Hm?" Jason muttered.

"he was one of them that went into the building I found all of you… he sounds like the one that almost caught me when I hid,"

On hearing that, the rest of them instantly took up their guard, Williams pinning him down once more, Cole at the speed of light, helping Williams down, and Jason had his hand forward once more. Olivia was completely speechless, her hand stretched out from hugging him, her mouth wide open.

"What's the meaning of this? And why are you acting like you are here to help us? Were you followed?" Williams hurled all the questions at him at once.

"Re..lax…" Elvis managed to say. He seemed to be as scared as they might have been, as he couldn't move an inch. Williams grip was so tight, and he could feel the continuous vibrations coming from the knee of Cole. "I really am here to help,"

"And you just expect us to believe that?" Jason followed.

"I'm the only one that can help you,"

"You're the only one that knows our location and can report us,"

Elvis raised his head a bit to look at Olivia, and he could read how disappointed she was, that made him grit his teeth, then he said, "Even if she is soo shocked, Olivia should be able to tell that I'm not stupid enough to lie to the world's greatest specimen, I don't joke with my life,"

"Specimen…" Olivia muttered and then snickered. She stood up and walked away, back into the room they were initially.

Jason monitored her movement and let down his hand. "Cole, could you speed check if there's anyone out there within a mile that's seeming to be a threat?"

"On it.."

In less than ten second, Cole went and came back, shaking his head towards Jason, and Jason turned his head towards Williams , "Let him go."

"Are you sure?"

"Well, Olivia left this place for a reason, and Cole has also confirmed that we're safe for now."

Williams with the scowl on his face, he looked at Jason, and then at Cole who nodded.
