"Uh...," Lin Feng chuckled awkwardly, thinking to himself, Well, that's classic Eula.

"Let's go back!" Eula said nonchalantly and started walking ahead.

"Alrighty!" Lin Feng eagerly followed, strolling alongside Eula towards the snow-capped mountains.

As they walked, Lin Feng couldn't help but bombard her with questions.

"What were you doing down from the mountain just now?"

"Clearing monsters!"

"Where exactly were these monsters?"

"Shut up!"

Upon reaching home, Lin Feng finally spoke with a hint of disappointment, "Can I talk now?"

Eula glared at him, wondering how a man could be so chatty and incessantly prattle without getting annoyed. Hmph!

"What's for dinner tonight?" Lin Feng asked eagerly, anticipating Eula's delicious cooking.

"Snow!" Eula replied coldly, giving him a stern look.

"Great, then I'll go fetch some!" With that, Lin Feng picked up a bowl, smiling, ready to collect snow outside.

"Hold it..." Eula couldn't help but almost laugh at Lin Feng's antics, quickly composing herself as he turned to look at her.

"You didn't mean eat snow, did you? Wait, do you want my blood instead?" Lin Feng extended his hand, jokingly adding, "Go ahead, just remember to bite gently - I'm afraid of pain!"

Eula felt close to losing her mind; was there something wrong with Lin Feng's head? In frustration, she impulsively grabbed his hand and bit down.

"Ahh..." Lin Feng yelped in surprise, immediately opening his eyes and pulling his hand back.

He never expected Eula to actually bite him. Shouldn't she have responded with a cool, aloof line like, "I'll remember this debt," instead? Wahh...

Eula feigned nonchalance, slightly lifting her chin and calmly stating, "Just now, a dog ran out, bit you, and then quickly escaped!"

Lin Feng's lips twitched as he examined the tooth marks on his arm, along with saliva stains. You're telling me these are from a dog? More like you were that little pup!

In truth, Eula couldn't quite understand why she had lost control in that moment; it was just too infuriating!

"Where did that dog go? I'm going to catch it and give it a spanking for daring to bite me!" Lin Feng looked at Eula, teasingly smiling.

As he spoke, he sneakily glanced at Eula's backside...

Eula felt her face flush, placing her hands on her hips and trying to assert herself by saying, "It ran out the door, hurry and chase after it!"

"Oh, what color was it? How big? Was it male or female...?" Lin Feng chuckled softly, continuing to probe.

"I...I don't know, it was very fast, disappeared in a flash!" Eula sounded less confident but still lifted her chin, attempting to defend herself weakly.

"Why so many questions? I'm getting back to cooking now!" With that, Eula hastily entered the kitchen.

Examining the bite mark on his finger, Lin Feng's face lit up with a flirtatious grin. Next time, he vowed to have Eula bite him directly on the lips—heh heh...

In the kitchen, Eula was chopping vegetables, but perhaps due to her unsettled state, she accidentally cut herself.

"Ah..." Eula gasped, and the knife clattered to the floor with a loud clang.

Lin Feng rushed in immediately, only to see Eula already placing her injured finger in her mouth, followed by a glare at Lin Feng.

Feeling awkward, Lin Feng smiled, wondering why she glared at him when all he wanted was to help tend to her wound.

Oh right, that's exactly what he did last time. Sneaky Eula must have learned from him—it's infuriating!

Lin Feng retrieved a band-aid from his system exchange and applied it to Eula's finger.

"Uh... should I take over cooking now?" Lin Feng looked at Eula, rolling up his sleeves as he asked.

Eula glanced at Lin Feng and replied mildly, "Just chop the vegetables; even Hilichurls wouldn't dare eat your cooking!"

Lin Feng felt a sharp blow to his ego, realizing how poorly Eula perceived his culinary skills. I can't live with this!

"Sobbing internally, alright then!" Lin Feng felt deeply hurt; his Noodle Master status seemed destined to remain unrecognized. If only the System Shop didn't exclusively stock aged sour pickled noodles, he would have eagerly showcased his noodle-making prowess to Eula!

The dinner was swiftly prepared by... well, mostly Eula, with some assistance from Lin Feng.

Admiring the visually appealing and aromatic dishes, Lin Feng couldn't help but boast proudly, "See? This is the result of our combined efforts - it looks delicious! And don't say anything about Hilichurls not eating it next time, remember that!"

Eula couldn't suppress a chuckle at Lin Feng's shameless remark.

"If you feel so strongly, maybe I'll let you cook your own portion next time!"

"Huh, you're smiling now, ha ha... You should smile more often, it really suits you. They say constantly maintaining a cold, expressionless face can lead to becoming permanently emotionless..."

As Lin Feng gazed upon Eula's rare smile, his heart raced uncontrollably; she looked absolutely breathtakingly... beautiful!

Hearing Lin Feng's comment, Eula immediately lifted her chin slightly, cheeks flushed as she retorted, "Hmph, I won't forget this mockery!"

"I'm not mocking you; it's genuinely incredibly beautiful," Lin Feng hastily explained. "Please believe me! It would be such a waste not to smile with that kind of beauty."

"Hmph, descendants of sinners don't need smiles!" Eula replied coldly before lowering her head to continue eating.

As Lin Feng watched Eula, he suddenly felt an inexplicable pang of sympathy. With utmost sincerity, he looked at her and declared solemnly:

"I will definitely change the Mondstadters' perception. You're not a sinner of Mondstadt, but its hero. You've never betrayed Mondstadt!"

Eula glanced up at Lin Feng, seeing determination in his resolute gaze. Her heart warmed, and even her frozen emotions seemed to tremble slightly, further heightening her growing fondness for him.

With a faint smile, Eula responded, "I'll remember this vow!"

"Of course, if I fail, then..." Lin Feng began earnestly, only to be interrupted by Eula.

"If you fail, you shall face my vengeance!" she said coolly, her expression once again icy.

After a moment of silence, both chose to move past the topic. Only time would reveal the outcome.

Dinner concluded, and game time commenced.

"Eula, come on, let's go slay some endermen!"

"Alright!"

"The End Portal, activate! Ha ha ha..."

Silence.

"Oh, sorry, I placed it incorrectly. Let me try again!"

"The End Portal, activate!"

More silence.

Finally, after numerous failed attempts, Lin Feng successfully created the End Portal. However, by then, it was quite late, and both decided to retire for the night.

The next morning, Lin Feng's phone beeped loudly - his alarm had gone off. Out of habit, he reached to snooze it but suddenly remembered that today marked the online selection exam for new recruits into the Knights of Favonius.

As their leader, he needed to oversee the examination personally to ensure quality control. After all, admitting someone like Venti, who slacks off constantly, would only lead to overwhelming exhaustion!
