"We have arrived."
The driver of the Lamborghini turned back to look at the two in the back seat. "Have a wonderful time, you two!" The driver then made his way out of the car to open the doors for them.
Have a wonderful time? Doing what...?
Byung-Ho and Agent Cross exited the car. Their arms intertwined with each other as they entered the wedding venue.
This is so awkward...
He turned to look at Agent Cross with a huge smile on his face.
"Leo, looks like we need to get our identities checked at the counter~"
Byung-Ho's voice slightly strained as he tried to sound more feminine.
Pfft.
Agent Cross couldn't hold back his laughter once again.
This f*cker.
Byung-Ho swiftly elbowed Agent Cross in the torso before going up to the counter.
"Ah.. hello?" He approached the lady with a checklist in her hands.
"We're here for the wedding."
Agent Cross also followed along after recovering from the sudden elbow to the torso.
The lady at the counter nodded and flipped through the checklist. "Names and ID cards please."
Rummage rummage
Byung-Ho quickly searched through his bag and glanced at Agent Cross with a worried expression. His hands began to become sweaty. Crap. Where did the fake ID cards go?
He glanced back up at the lady at the counter and smiled sweetly.
"Ah, I'm Rosaline Rashida, and this is my husband Leo Rashida."
He continued to rummage through the bag, his actions slowly becoming more aggressive as he became more stressed.
Crap. Crap. Crap.
Agent Cross placed his hand on Byung-Ho's shoulder and smiled at the lady at the counter. "It looks like we're having a problem. We'll wait to the side for a moment."
He pulled Byung-Ho to the side and grimaced at him.
"What's the problem?"
Byung-Ho continued to ravish through the bag. His irritation slowly showing on his face.
"The ID cards... where the hell did they go?"
He grits his teeth and drops the bag.
"Did we leave them?"
I could have swore that the ID cards were still in the bag... I couldn't have left them.
The lady at the counter continued to glance at them in confusion. More guests entered the venue and she checked them in while keeping an eye on the two.
"No.. that's impossible. I made sure that the ID cards were inside.."
Byung-Ho turned to look at Agent Cross who was in deep thought. His hands were in his pockets as he searched his memories. Suddenly, Agent Cross turned to look at Byung-Ho with a long sigh.
"I know where the ID cards are."
Wait, seriously?
Agent Cross grabbed the bag and slipped his hands into a secret pocket.
"I put the ID cards in this pocket I found for safe keeping."
This f*cker is really useless! How could he forget something like that? He can't be serious right now!
Byung-Ho stood up straight and suppressed his anger. He took the ID cards and made his way back to the lady at the counter. "Sorry about that, I almost forgot where I put the cards! Oops!" He continued with his high pitched voice.
The lady laughed and nodded. "Yes, it happens to everyone." She glanced through the list and saw their names. She verified the ID cards and checked their names off on the list. "You two are good to go! You may make your way into the venue." She smiled sweetly at the two and gestured towards the door.
Byung-Ho couldn't help but smile at the girl's kindness. His eyes stared into the lady's eyes with passion.
Holy crap.. is this girl a goddess? I haven't noticed, but she's seriously pretty. I should get her number or something. I can't let an opportunity like this sli-
The girl slowly became more uncomfortable as Byung-Ho kept staring at her with his googly eyes. Lucky for her, Agent Cross quickly dragged him away and into the venue.
As soon as the two entered the venue, they noticed how lavish the venue really was. Chandeliers filled the ceiling, many servants served dishes and glasses of alcohol on golden platters, and there were multiple tables filled with layers and layers of food.
"Woah..."
What is this? Heaven?
Byung-Ho's eyes locked on the food. He immediately walked towards the table of food before Agent Cross grabbed his hand and pulled him away. "Stay on guard. I have noticed that there are many glaring eyes around us."
Byung-Ho glared at Agent Cross and sighed. "Look, I get that we're on a mission, but I just want to enjoy my time while I'm here. The other agents at our association are probably watching us right now. They must've hacked the cameras or something, so don't worry."
He snatched his hand back and tried to make his way to the table of food.
Suddenly, a few men surrounded Byung-Ho. Their eyes stared at his chest. What the hell? What are they looking at?
"Can I help you?"
He was talking to the men, but his eyes were still locked on the food. Move out the way you imbeciles, let me get a taste of freedom!
The men continued to stare at Byung-Ho up and down. They snickered as they closed the distance between them. "Yeah, beautiful lady.. are you free tonight?"
Byung-Ho's eyes slightly twitched as he glanced at the men. Who are they talking to like that? Me?
Agent Cross stared at a distance with a sigh. He approached the situation and pulled Byung-Ho into his arms. "I'm sorry, but this lady is already taken."
Byung-Ho's eyes twitched even more before he smiled and played along.
"Oh, honey! There you are~ I was wondering where you went~"
His voice slightly strained once again.
The men all gave up and walked away in disappointment. The table of food was now clear!
Agent Cross stared with dissaproval as Byung-Ho greedily invaded the table of food. His actions were very unlady-like as he stuffed the various amounts of food down his mouth.
"This food is absolutely delicious! I wonder how much much it all costs. Come and try some!"
Byung-Ho's mouth was full of food as he continued to ramble on and on about the amount of money spent on the wedding venue.
Tap tap
The sound of a mic echoed throughout the venue.
All of a sudden, the lights flicked off and a spot light shined on the stage. The MC of the wedding appeared with a mic in hand and told everyone to make their way to their seats.
After everyone was settled, Byung-Ho glanced around the venue. It was time to wear the in-ear devices. He handed a set to Agent Cross, and then wore them himself.
Beep
The device was turned on and the spies were now all connected.
A voice could be heard through the device.
"Agent Phony, make your way to the bathroom immediately. Fredrick's fiancé has been spotted entering the bathroom. I repeat, make your way to the bathroom."
Byung-Ho glanced at Agent Cross and nodded. He swiftly made his way to the women's bathroom.
Moments later, he could be seen standing outside the women's bathroom fidgeting back and forth.
Crap.. I don't think I'm committed enough to do this.
"Agent Phony. I repeat. Make your way into the bathroom."
He glanced at the camera in the corner of the bathroom hallway and sighed. He stared down at his heels while sweating immensely.
I'm seriously not committed enough for this!
He closed his eyes and quickly walked into the bathroom. After a moment of looking down with his eyes closed, he slowly raised his head and opened his eyes. A petite lady could be seen crying at the sink.
Eh? She's crying?
Byung-Ho made his way up to the lady and pulled out a tissue from his bag. "Lin? What's wrong?"
The lady jolted up from the unexpected encounter. She looked up at Byung-Ho with a confused expression. "A-ah.. it's nothing... I'm fine." She sniffed her nose and grabbed the tissue to wipe her tears. "I'm sorry, but I have forgotten who you are..."
Lin Glandis.. soon to be Lin Albashour. She's going to be receiving the top secret ring from Fredrick Albashour. Shouldn't she be enjoying such a wonderful moment? Why is she crying?
"Oh, it's been a while. It's me, Rosaline Rashida." He smiled at Lin and gently pat her back. "We were good friends, remember? You can tell me anything..."
Lin stared at Byung-Ho for a moment before nodding. "Right... Rosaline." She sniffed her nose again and began to fan her face. "I'm sorry, the wedding is about to start... I should make my way-"
Byung-Ho grabbed her wrist and shook his head. "Your make-up is ruined." He quickly pulled out his make-up kit and tried his best to fix up her make-up. "Lin.. you can tell me anything. I can help you."
She stared at Byung-Ho again. She paused and stared down for a moment. "Rosaline... my fiancé has done something horrible."
She began to cry again. "The ring he bought... there's something wrong with it!"
Hell yeah, this is the information that I wanted.
Byung-Ho nodded and continued to fix Lin's make-up. "What happened?"
Now, I just need to get a little bit more out of her...
Lin shook her head while wiping the tears away again. "Strange men.. came after the ring." She paused and her voice began to tremble. "My husband... he- he killed them! I can't keep this to myself anymore..."
Ooh! That was on my bingo card!
Byung-Ho snapped his fingers and pulled her into an embrace. "Oh dear.. sweet Lin. I told you that I can help you, didn't I?"
Lin stared at him with confusion. "I-I just told you that my fiancé was a murderer! How are you going to help me...?"
He smiled and adjusted his dress.
"You just have to do what I tell you to do..."
