She smiled innocently and then took a step back to politely let him come inside. It was as if she were the one escorting him like a princess.
Sam clicked his tongue. "Remember, you can only be here and not in prison because you promised to bring evidence of your innocence."
"Yes, yes~"
As if getting a slap of ice water in the face, the corners of his smiling lips twitched.
"Well, well, I stand for the opposite, though. So, good luck proving your innocence." Sam brushed past her, wearing a cunning smile on his face.
She clenched her fists as she followed him closely.
They arrived in a hallway quite isolated from the crowds of people starting to arrive in the main hall area on the first floor.
Seeing Sam knock on the door politely, like a civilized person, makes her want to puke. She can understand his action, though, because the person behind that door deserves all the praise in the world.
