Fuwa marched off with Raven slung over her shoulder, her grip firm as she navigated through the village toward the house they were given for the night. Raven, still slightly tipsy, dangled helplessly, her tail drooping in defeat. The townspeople continued celebrating around them, oblivious to the brewing storm between the two companions. Many didn't see, or choose not to look at Fuwa carrying the cat.
"Fuwa, seriously, put me down!" Raven protested weakly, though her voice lacked its usual confidence. She squirmed a bit, but Fuwa didn't budge.
"Shut up" Fuwa muttered, her tone cold, though her eyes betrayed a hint of something more, jealousy. She couldn't shake the sight of Raven being so playful and flirty with Sophia and Mia. It wasn't like Fuwa to be possessive, but seeing Raven like that stirred something in her.
Fuwa's grip tightened slightly as she marched through the village, her mind swirling with a mix of emotions. She couldn't help but replay the image of Raven, all flirty and playful with Sophia and Mia, over and over again in her head. It stung in a way she hadn't expected, and it was making her feel more possessive than she thought possible.
Raven, still hanging over Fuwa's shoulder, was beginning to grow more irritated. She wasn't used to feeling like this either. She had seen Fuwa chatting so comfortably with Minato, laughing and sharing stories, and it gnawed at her in a confusing and maddening way.
"Okay, seriously, what's your problem?" Raven muttered, her voice muffled as she squirmed again in Fuwa's grip.
Fuwa didn't answer immediately, her jaw clenched as she pushed open the door to the house they would share with the other party and marched Raven inside their dorm. She finally set the cat girl down on her feet, her grip lingering for just a moment longer before letting go. For some reason it was hard to let go, Fuwa's heart skipped a beat, the idea was there, she would lose her if she let go of her.
Raven straightened up, brushing off her shorts and glaring at Fuwa, she was mad. She felt offended for no actual good reason, she knew she did this to annoy Fuwa, but now that she got mad she also got angry.
Fuwa crossed her arms, her expression hard to read, though Raven could see the tension in her posture "What's the deal with me? You're the one who was flirting with those two like you were auditioning for a new harem"
Raven blinked, caught off guard "Wait, you're mad about that?" Her tail twitched in surprise "I thought you were mad because you were off getting all cozy with Minato. You guys were practically in your own world, talking in that demonic tongue of yours!"
Fuwa's eyes widened, and for a moment, she looked genuinely surprised "What? You think I was...! no, that's not....!" She stammered, then huffed in frustration "This isn't about Minato!"
"Isn't it?" Raven shot back, her arms crossing over her chest as she stared at Fuwa "You were all smiles and laughs with him, and now you're pissed at me for having a little fun? You can't have it both ways, Fuwa"
Fuwa clenched her fists at her sides, her usual calm demeanor slipping as her frustration bubbled to the surface "It's not the same, Raven! I wasn't flirting with Minato, we were just talking. But you...!" she gestured sharply "Dirty, nasty, stupid cat!!"

Minato and the girls were walking toward the house but she heard Fuwa scream, both girls looked at each other and grabbed his companion by the arms.
"Minato, we remembered that we haven't danced yet! Shall we one song or two?" Said Mia."Yes it's a good idea" Said Sophia.
"Y-Yes..." Said Minato catching the idea of the girls.
The trio went back to the party.

Fuwa grabbed Raven by her clothes and Raven's eyes narrowed.
"What? Are you gonna hit me?" She said defiantly as she turned her head around "Do it then, maybe I do deserve it" There was a silence between them, Fuwa greeted her teeth, her feelings were a storm in her chest "What are you waiting for! Do it!"
Fuwa's grip tightened on Raven's clothes as her storm of emotions reached a breaking point. Raven's defiant gaze met hers, golden eyes flashing in challenge versus her red eyes, daring her to do something. But it wasn't anger that surged through Fuwa at that moment... it was something far deeper, something she'd been trying to suppress all night.
Her fists trembled, her heart pounded, and before she could stop herself, Fuwa yanked Raven closer, not to hit her, but to crash her lips against Raven's in a kiss that was as fierce as it was sudden.
Raven froze, her breath catching as the world seemed to blur around her. For a split second, her mind raced, trying to make sense of what had just happened. Then, instinctively, she kissed Fuwa back, her own emotions... confusion, frustration, and a not-so-secret longing... pouring into the kiss. Her hands, which had been tense at her sides, slowly reached up, grabbing Fuwa by her hips, and pulling her closer.
The kiss was heated, filled with the unspoken tension that had been simmering between them for far too long. It was raw and intense, and neither of them held back. It wasn't delicate or careful... just pure emotion spilling over after the tense night and reprimed emotions from other occasions.
When Fuwa finally pulled away, her breathing was ragged, her cheeks flushed. She stared at Raven, her eyes wide with shock at her own actions, she didn't believe she would be so bold, actually, it was more an impulse than anything, but also a strange sense of relief washed over her. Her chest heaved as she searched for words, but nothing came out.
Raven stood there, her lips still tingling from the kiss, her tail flicking behind her in bewilderment. She blinked a few times, trying to process the whirlwind of emotions that raged inside of her, this wasn't her first kiss of course, but it was the first time someone had taken the lead and kissed her first instead. Her own breath was shaky, and for once, the usually confident cat girl was at a loss for words.
"Fuwa..." Raven began, her voice softer now, unsure. She could feel her heart racing, a mix of confusion and something else... it was the first time tho in her life she felt guilty, the girl had won this battle against her without a single strike.
Fuwa swallowed hard, her fists unclenching as she let go of Raven's clothes, stepping back. Her eyes darted away, avoiding Raven's gaze for a moment "I... I didn't want to hit you silly" she said quietly, her voice strained with the weight of everything she was feeling "I... just couldn't stand seeing you like that. Not with them damn it!" She screamed the last part.
Raven's ears flattened slightly, her playful smirk gone as she took a step forward, reaching out and grabbing Fuwa's hand "I... Fuwa..." Raven's gaze softened as she looked at Fuwa, her heart aching in a way she hadn't expected. She squeezed Fuwa's hand gently, her own defenses finally lowering as she finally admitted "I guess I didn't know either" Raven said quietly, her tail curling slightly behind her "I didn't realize how much it bothered me to see you with another person... seeing you with Minato. And I didn't realize that I would hurt you by being a fool like this..."
Fuwa let out a shaky breath, her shoulders relaxing as the tension between them began to melt away "I don't want to lose you, Raven. Not to anyone"
Raven smiled, a small but genuine smile, as she stepped closer, her forehead gently resting against Fuwa's "You won't" she whispered. "I'm not going anywhere"
Both of them stayed in silence as they finally recognized their feelings. Then Raven had the more smart idea there, she looked to the side, a small blush built on her face. With her bandit instincts picking up Raven smirked, her usual mischievous glint returning "So, what's the plan, then? Are we gonna stand here all night, or do you want to share the bed?" She teased.
Fuwa rolled her eyes, though her smile didn't fade she blushed as well "Don't push your luck, Raven"
The cat girl laughed, her tail flicking playfully behind her as she headed toward the couch "Hey, can't blame a girl for trying" She looked behind "You can have the bed then princess~"
As they settled in for the night, the weight of their earlier jealousy seemed to lift, replaced by something warmer and more honest.
