District 1 was the center of activity in the East Block, and even the Command Center was housed within it. It was even the tallest building in the area, towering over all the buildings as if watching over them.
It may have been true that the Command Center building watched over the other buildings. After all, all orders within the block came from the Command Center, especially during emergencies. Only one person had the authority to command everyone in the block, and that was the leader, Marc Bosche.
As the leader of the block, he had an office where he could work, and that office was located in the Command Center building. This afternoon, he had a guest in his office, and his secretary had just served him and the guest two cups of coffee.
He invited the guest to enjoy the coffee together, and the guest smiled at him before bringing the coffee cup to his lips. He then carefully took a sip of the dark content inside the cup.
