"Why didn't you let me go out and buy you some food for you? I know most of the stores are closed at night, but I know a fried chicken shop nearby, and I can buy some for you so you don't go hungry tonight," Finn asked the shorter man in confusion.
"It's okay," Luca replied, suddenly looking away from the taller man. "I forgot to tell you this before, but if you're home at night, you shouldn't go out again. We don't know what dangers await us in the dark."
Luca didn't look at Finn as he told his reasoning, and Finn furrowed his brows at his sudden change of attitude.
"Are you... worried about me?" Finn finally asked the black-haired man.
Luca looked at Finn again, but he didn't answer the question right away. He paused for a moment as he continued to stare into Finn's blue eyes, but then he answered, "You live here with me now, and I don't want to see you go out without coming back."
