Chapter 18 - Walking (1)

Four days later...

All these days had gone by as usual. And now the students' exams had begun.

Simon had been studying from morning till night all week. I think he's memorized everything by heart.

The beginning of the exams...

Ari is sitting on a chair in his room, drinking a cup of coffee:

The exams will be in two phases: written and practical.

In the written exam there will be questions and you have to write the correct answer.

And in the practical one, students have to show what they have learned or what they have been able to come up with.

In the exam, you get more points for theory than for practice. So students are more likely not to practice.

For the top eight places, privileges are given.

That's what I've learned the whole time I've been here.

"Well, I don't care about that. I found out that a meat restaurant has opened in the capital. I'm very interested in trying it."

In Ahram.

- I think I'm lost. Eh... (The restaurant is on the next street)

I saw a food stall.

"At least I'll buy something here."

He went to the stall and looked around and noticed what they were selling...

- Is it chips?

- Hello, would you like to buy some fried chips?!

"I didn't think I'd ever try them again."

- Yes, two packs please

"Good flavor."

I started walking back to the academy and on my way I decided to take a walk.

I was walking like that on one deserted street and suddenly a crack appeared....

A black-haired guy with snow-white skin came out of the crack. He looked at me and went back into the crack.

"Well, what was that!!! Who is he!!!?"

I had no way of understanding what had just happened. I was alarmed by his appearance, so I decided to take a different route and turned into an alley.

This alley seemed very long to me, but I went down it anyway, and I didn't hear--

- Hey! Boy! What are you doing here?!

I looked at him and didn't say a word.

- HEY! Didn't anyone ever tell you not to walk alone in the alleys?

I think I've met some medieval assholes.
