Lloyd thought he was hallucinating. There was no way his parents were still alive. After all, he saw his mom died in front of him while his father was also killed by an aspirant after he turned into a monster when he succumbed to the hellspawn disease. He didn't want to believe it, but somehow, a part of his soul wished everything happening right now was true. He wanted to see his parents again so badly, and feel their loving gazes and care for him. He longed familial love for many years.
Despite his strong wishes, he knew this was all a lie... A lie created from the figment of his imaginations and desire. He punched himself in the face so hard that he was knocked down by his own great force. Lloyd groaned as he stood up and felt his mouth bleeding.
"Why am I feeling pain? This is just a lie! An illusion!" He gritted his teeth and keep punching his face. He once again hit his face repetitively to wake himself up.
