Lloyd backed away slowly, afraid that she would suddenly unleash her powerful skills, especially the frostbiter's skill which could freeze the area around her. He had to lure her away from the sleeping members of the cohort or she might kill them accidentally.
"You have destroyed our plans. Now, I'll have to kill you and eat your soul!" Her face twisted from the exaggerated laughter she was showing.
She started moving and ran towards Lloyd to strike him with the cinderblade. He had no choice but to block it since he wouldn't be able to attack her for he might accidentally kill her if he would fight back. However, she wasn't so easy to deal with since they had the same rank. Her blow was so heavy that his arms almost went numb from the collision of both swords.
