One of the goons' hands brushed Jordan Lin's feet very slightly.
It was so slight that even an ant would probably brush it off like nothing.
But apparently it was strong enough to "throw" Jordan Lin to the ground!
"Ahyieeeeeeeeee!!!! Helppp meeeeeeeeeeeee!!!"
Bam!
Jordan Lin was seemingly "thrown" down by the goon that was already sprawled on the ground.
"Ahhhhhh!!! Ahhhh!!!!! My spine is broken!! My spine is broken!! Help!! Helppp!!!" Jordan Lin screeched loudly and clearly.
"WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE!!" A bellow of anger sounded right on time and warmed Jordan Lin's heart.
Panicked footsteps rang out everywhere and Jordan Lin could clearly hear the voices of several teachers cursing softly.
"Little bastards! They had to get into a fight right when the Mayor arrived!"
"Quick! Quick! Get them out of here!"
"Shit it's too late! The Mayor is already here!"
"Ah f*ck."
"Just get them to stand up first at least!"
Several male teachers immediately pulled the goons up and then gently checked Jordan Lin's condition who had "broken" his spine.
"Ah, Jordan it's you? Are you ok?" A caucasian teacher called Mr Gunther asked him while gingerly helping him to sit up.
"I think they broke my spine. It's definitely broken! I'm studying to be a doctor, I definitely know that it's broken to piec- ah? Eh? I can sit up. Hehehe I think I am fine." Jordan Lin sat up and gave Mr Gunther a brilliant smile.
Mr Gunther rolled his eyes in response.
He was Jordan Lin's class teacher. How couldn't he know that his student was completely full of shit?
But this time he indeed was a victim of bullying, so Mr Gunther was rather nice to him.
"Make sure you clean yourself up. You still have to go on stage to perform your piano piece for the Mayor later." Mr Gunther chided him gently.
"Yessir." Jordan Lin nodded and sprang up to his feet, healthy as a deer in heat.
He glanced at the big shots who arrived in the three black cars and saw ten pairs of eyes looking at him.
The foremost person who Jordan Lin guessed to be the leader was very big, comparable to Gordon's goons in size standing at least 6 feet tall.
It was Mr Walza, Mayor of Orlando City.
Next to him to his left was a pretty middle aged woman. She was Angelina Burns, Vice Principal of the Orlando Music Academy, a close personal friend of Mr Walza.
To his right stood a chubby old man with a headful of white hair. He was Elliot Hawking, the Assistant Deputy Chief of the Florida Orchestra.
Near them, Mr Chang the Principal was shaking the hand of the Mayor, a burly Mr Walza while apologizing profusely for the "small incident".
"Hahaha! Mr Walza, you know how teenage boys are like. They have bodies pumped full with testosterone. They'll fight anything and anybody! I remember when I was young, I even wanted to fight a cow- ah nevermind. Hahaha! Let us ignore and forget this incident, shall we? We have a wonderful event prepared for you!" Mr Chang said boisterously.
"Come this way. Let us go to the school hall!" Mr Chang gestured towards the boulevard.
However, Mr Walza stood still and glared at Jordan Lin, Gordon, the Goons and even Feng Xia.
He was not easily deceived.
"Fight? I do not think that was a fight. One little boy versus four giant boys. It was bullying." Mr Walza said softly.
A short bespectacled man at approximately 5 feet 6, Mr Walza had probably faced his share of bullies growing up.
He was extremely famous for his anti-bullying stance!
Teachers, Vice-Principals, and even a couple of Principals had lost their jobs when they failed to rein in bullying in their schools!
At that moment, Mr Chang felt as though the sky was falling. He wanted to find a huge hole to hide in.
"Shit! This is bad! I am so screwed!" He thought morosely to himself.
The heat around Jordan Lin's throat had not dissipated and at that moment, he felt a strong compulsion to speak.
And so he did.
"It definitely wa-wasn't bullying, sir! How could the son of the deputy chief of po-police engage in bu-bu-bu-bullying! It, we, uh, we were, uh, just testing to see if the pavement is strong!" Jordan Lin sputtered loudly in "fear" and pointed at Gordon with a visibly shaking right arm.
The whole world was probably rolling their eyes at him.
Bro, who would believe you? Didn't you just scream "Aiyiieeeee help meeeee" like a shrieking chicken being cut to pieces?
Next to him, Feng Xia almost choked on her saliva with laughter when she heard such fabulous acting from Jordan Lin!
Gordon's face turned incomparably black with anger.
Your grandpa! Why did you bring up my dad in front of the Mayor! F*ck! Now my dad might get implicated!
Mr Chang almost fainted when he heard Jordan Lin's words.
Your grandma! Are you dumb or are you dumb? You might as well continue to scream that your spine is broken! What's the difference between your words and directly screaming that you were bullied! Damn it! Now I'm definitely fired! Fired! My wife will kill me!
"Deputy Chief of Police?" Mr Walza narrowed his eyes and studied Gordon Huat carefully. "You're little Huat's son?"
"Yes sir! I am Gordon Huat, son of Timothy Huat!" Gordon stood ramrod straight and shouted a reply at once.
"Very good. Abusing your dad's power to bully your underclassmen. I will have a word with little Huat later." Mr Walza's face was grim.
"Sir! I was-" Gordon tried to defend himself
But Mr Walza won't have any of it.
Mr Walza ignored him.
He turned to Mr Chang said tersely to him.
"Mr Chang. Do I need to do your job for you?"
"I- of course not, Mr Walza! Teachers! Get Gordon and his goo- ah, friends into the detention room! At once!" Mr Chang said in a shrill voice. "They will spend the rest of the day there reflecting on their actions!"
