Chapter 3 - Training

Sitting alone, watching the kids playing around, Daniel was lost in his own thoughts. "If I remember correctly, I have two years before I can enter the ninja academy, and it's also around that time when the Uchiha massacre happened. This gives me plenty of time to build up my skills. Wait! The massacre hasn't happened yet, so I can use Buu's ability to absorb people to gobble up some Uchiha. Preferably those that are related, and with some experiments, I can not only have my own Sharingan but also awaken an MS and an EMS without the setbacks of it always being activated," a grin filled Daniel's face as he conspired to 'acquire' a few Sharingan during the massacre. "I mean, Danzo and Tobi took them for themselves, so it's alright if I cop a few too," he defended himself, chuckling maniacally.

The kids playing nearby saw Daniel chuckling and ran away scared, knowing from past experiences that that expression always led to bad things. The last time was when the orphan kids were treating Naruto badly. When they realized that everyone treated him badly, Daniel stepped in and 'guided' the kids bullying Naruto to live better. Of course, they were heavily injured as a result, but they deserved it. In fact, the entire village needed some 'guidance' in living better lives. It was just troublesome for Daniel to invest in such a task, so he did the bare minimum with maximum effort. This led to Daniel being feared by most villagers. Of course, Daniel took delight in this. There's just something about an overpowered person 'correcting' the weak—nothing malicious, but nonetheless blissful.

"I'm already a master at controlling my energy. I'll just erase my presence and head to my training grounds far away from the village as usual to train more," Daniel said as he flung his legs back and forth while sitting on the chair. "Hmm, I overheard some of the caretakers talking about kicking Naruto out. I can't believe they'd do something like this to a kid. No wonder they accepted Kabuto to work here. You'd have to be ruthless to do something like that," Daniel murmured.

"So? It's been two hours now. Have you reflected on what you did wrong?" Mayuri, one of the caretakers, approached, holding her hips as she chastised Daniel.

"Oh right, I'm currently being punished for bullying," Daniel recalled.

"Are you going to stay silent? Do you want to sit here for another hour?" Mayuri inquired.

Daniel looked at her with a smile as if he had learned his lesson. "I think I learned my lesson now," he responded, using his charms as a young boy to look all innocent.

"Oh, then can you tell me what you learned?" she knelt down.

Daniel, in all seriousness, stated, "Next time, I'll beat them so hard I'll make sure they don't even dare think of reporting me." The young boy replied in all sincerity, smiling as if he had spoken a good thing.

Mayuri didn't even know how to respond. She just stood up and left. From this moment, she lost faith in Daniel. Inwardly, Daniel burst into laughter as he watched her walk away. "I guess I won't be going anywhere for a while," Daniel said to himself as he watched her leave.

"After seeing for myself how badly Naruto was actually treated, I decided to be his friend and look out for him as the kind person I am. So naturally, I'd help out my friend when I see them being bullied. This led to the predicament I'm in now. For the past 4 months since I befriended Naruto, I've sat here alone at least once a week, whether it's beating up other orphans or kids at the park. Yep, I'm your guy."

Around two o'clock, Daniel, now freed from his punishment, went off to his training spot. It was far enough from the village and well hidden for anyone to notice. Here, Daniel honed his skills. Although he refrained from performing any big techniques, he practiced the basics.

"Open special pack," Daniel called out as a screen appeared in his peripheral vision. It looked like an inventory, but it was already full. "Guess I'll change my clothes," Daniel stated as he swiped a couple of times on the screen, then selected a set of training wear. His clothes changed as a blue light scanned his body. After changing, he jumped up and down and performed some basic exercises to get ready.

"These weighted clothes are really convenient," Daniel assessed. "First, the warm-up," he noted, proceeding to do so. For his warm-up, he did a thousand squats, two thousand push-ups, two thousand sit-ups, and a thousand pull-ups. Given his current genetic makeup, even as a kid, this was the best he could do without exposing himself. He didn't want to be exposed to the likes of Danzo, which could possibly lead to a fight against Konoha, so Daniel kept to himself for the most part.

"Haaa! Today is Taichi," after finishing his warm-up, Daniel accessed his special pack and took out a small hovering ball-like device that lit up a hologram displaying teachings of various martial arts techniques. "Sync on," Daniel called as he synchronized the device to a smartwatch he was wearing. It matched his clothes, looking like part of his training outfit. His watch lit up, showing the progress of his learning.

"It rose up to 19%. That's great," Daniel observed as he checked the watch. Before he even started, he felt his weight increasing, causing him to lose his balance and fall to the ground. "Damn, did the weight increase again?" Daniel collapsed on his knees, unable to overcome the weight. This was the reason why he grew exponentially in strength. His training outfit was something he specially designed to always adjust its weight, so it was always heavy. Daniel would reinforce his entire body with chakra, strengthening it similar to how Goku and Vegeta used artificial gravity to push their bodies to the limit when they trained. With Daniel's unique body, he could now do the Super Saiyan transformation, both yellow and green.

He began with the basic stance, feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. His arms moved slowly, gracefully, as if he were moving through water. His movements were as dance of balance and control. He started with the "Grasp the Bird's Tail" form, his right hand extending forward while his left hand pulled back, creating a perfect balance of push and pull.

[A/N- My guy be practicing airbending]

As he transitioned into "Single Whip," his body flowed like a river, his left hand forming a hook while his right hand extended outward. The weight of his clothes added resistance, making each motion more challenging.

Daniel's breathing was steady, in sync with his movements. He moved into "Wave Hands Like Clouds," his hands moving in circular patterns, as if he were parting the clouds themselves. His feet glided across the ground, maintaining a steady rhythm.

He could feel the strain in his muscles, the burn of exertion. Daniel reinforced each movement with chakra causing the air to be displaced with each move. As he transitioned into "Repulse the Monkey," he stepped back, his hands pushing forward in a defensive gesture. The motion was smooth, almost effortless, despite the increasing weight of his clothes.

Daniel cleared his mind, focused solely on growing stronger. He moved into "Fair Lady Works at Shuttles," his hands weaving intricate patterns in the air. As hours went by the precision of his moves increased, each session bringing him closer to mastery.

As he finished the sequence with "Cross Hands," he brought his hands together in front of his chest, feet coming together. He stood still for a moment, feeling the residual energy coursing through his body. The practice had been intense, but it left him feeling invigorated.

"Haaa," Daniel exhaled, a satisfied smile on his face. "That was a good session." He looked at his smartwatch, noting the progress. "Up to 30% now. Not bad at all."

The sun began to set, casting a golden glow over his training ground. "Guess I should hed back" Daniel change his clothes and sprinted back to the village "Starting tommorow I'll finally learn the technique's of the character's I copied powers from" he said as he hopped from tree to tree.
