Chapter 111 - Vice Pavilion Master Privileges

Ryujii led Dylan around the Main Branch and introduced to him the various divisions in the Main Branch. Ryujii did his best to act like a guide and also told Dylan the history of the Warrior Alliance. Thirty minutes was spent roaming around.

In the end, Ryujii led Dylan to his office and parted ways after.

Dylan swept his gaze around his office. Around him, white walls with pictures of organizational structure and pictures of those in position. There are also small tarpaulins that record the mission and vision of the warrior alliance pinned at his left.

In front of Dylan, near a cabinet, there was a desk place with a pile of papers on top and a case filled with inks, pencils, and ballpen. With leisurely steps, Dylan sat on the chair behind the task and looked at the pile of papers. Near the pile, there was a neat, thick, square wooden slab with a name written 'Vice Pavilion Master Dylan.

The corner of Dylan's twitched. 'When the hell did they make this? So fast?'

Then he began to sort out the paperwork that was signed and unsigned. Those signed had Jin's signature on them. Dylan let out a sigh. 'No matter what world, papers work and signing letters are universal for people at high-positions, ain't?'

Dylan didn't have the intention to waste his time with such useless things. Still, he knew that he somewhat needed to get things done if he wanted to retain his Vice Pavilion Master role. 'I'll just Jin do the signing. Whether he or I are the same being after all. So it's not wrong to do that, right?' he chuckled.

Just like that, a day passed. The news of Jin's defeat spread throughout the Main Branch. Various regular members, combatants, and non-combatants, were in disbelief.

Many Division Masters inquired about the authenticity of the news. The head of the medical division, the head of the Worldly Secrets Division, the head of the Formation Division, etc...

They also began to pay visits to Ryujii one after another. When they learned the truth of the matter. A Saint challenging a Beyonder, not to mention, that said Saint won. It caused a shock to them.

"Are you not joking Pavilion Master?" The head of the Pill Refining Division questioned Ryujii.

On his side, the head of World Secrets, a man with long brown hair tied in a bun dressed like a standard samurai with a katana sheathed on his waist: "This matter is just unbelievable. If this is true, then we have a monster in our midst!"

The various heads of division were just peak Saints. It could be said that now, they had to listen and respect a 30-year-old Saint who was still wet behind his ears. But this doesn't matter; even if they're unwilling, they know that strength is everything.

Ryujii sighed. "This news could tarnish Jin's reputation. Do you think I will joke about such a thing?" Then he looked at each head of division with a teasing smile. "I advise you, don't underestimate the new Vice Pavilion Master just because he's young, or you'll suffer.

The head of the formation master revealed a bitter smile. "The Pavilion Master must be joking... We won't dare to oppose a Beyonder."

The other also nodded. They're Saints. Even if by age, Dylan should be junior. But his realm was higher than them. They need to respect the strong, and age becomes meaningless in front of true prowess. As long as Dylan was capable, they wouldn't trouble him.

After a week, every member from high to low position finally knew Dylan and the detailed story of what happened.

A 30-year old Saint! Defeating Beyonder! These two topics became hot. Everyone in the Main Branch began to consider Dylan as the rising monstrous genius!

In the evening, Dylan visited Ryujii's office. The office of the Pavilion Master looks the same as his, just a little bigger.

Dylan saw Ryujii smoking tobacco and busily, signing mountains of papers. There was an beside him in a black trench coat and...

'Huh is that a fucking gun? An Ak-47? What the hell?'

He imprinted the appearance of the gun and realized that it had runes etched into its body. But it really is an Ak!

"What brings you here?" Ryujii lifts his head to look at Dylan with a gentle smile. "Do you need help?"

"You know, I'm at the peak of Saint Realm. I need to condense Divine Seed to break the bottleneck..."

A flicker of understanding appeared on Ryujii's eyes and a smirk appeared on his lips. "He he... It seems you joined our organization for that. I guess you must have known that we possessed an Earth-grade Divine Sense technique?"

On the other hand, the man beside Ryujii took a brief glance at Dylan with displeasure.

Dylan was silent.

Seeing this, Ryujii chuckles. "Don't worry since your position isn't lower than mine. Your position is not without privilege. You can access techniques depending on the level of your authority."

As he said this, he straightened his back. "Go to the Techniques Hall. I'll remind you, don't be rude to the guard there because he's an elder, okay? He's even older than me."

"I'll get the Earth Grade Technique there just like that?" Dylan raised an eyebrow which made Ryujii chuckle.

"What do you mean just like that?" Ryujii's face turned serious this time. "It seems there's no price to pay, right? But all of this is possible due to your capabilities. You've earned it... To reach your level at this age... Without your current strength, you wouldn't have succeeded with the challenge."

"Remember, you're now the Vice Pavilion Master in this place. Your authority is only second to mine... Naturally, your privilege would be better than others. That includes the access to the 1st to 7th floor of the Pavilion Hall. As for the 8th floor, only I can access that and the elder guarding the hall."

'Such a good thing? It seems my position is indeed beneficial.'

'With an Earth Grade Divine Sense technique, it would only take me four months!'
