Bryan
Gosh! my mom could be so anonying. sending a girl I know nothing about over to my mansion? that's not happening. This is definitely crazy. I need to do something about her plans. I can't see myself getting married to some unknown lady. Never happening!
"Philip" I called, Phillip is my best bodyguard and he's the only one that rides with me in my car. The other four of them rode in another car behind ours.
"Yes Lord,"he answered respectfully from the front passenger seat.
"I need you to switch on my other phone and switch this one off."I ordered and passed the phone to him.
"I will do that now, Lord." Philip said obediently.
Let me see how she's gonna bring that bit*ch to my mansion. I'm never settling for less, Never!
Few minutes later, the gate of my mansion was pulled open and we drove in. I heaved a sigh of relief as I stepped out of my car.
"Welcome Lord" each worker I passed by greeted me but, as usual I didn't answer any as I walked straight up to my room.
"Lord" I heard Philip called from behind my back.
"Just come in," I ordered him coldly.
"The phone I had just switched on earlier, has been ringing nonstop" he uttered with his head slightly bowed.
I was silent for a while before asking "Who was that?" I really didn't want any disturbance right now.
"It seems it's your manager and your girlfriend Livia."Philip Explains again.
At the mention of girlfriend, I scoffed and pulled off my T_shirt without saying a word for some minutes.
"Give my manager a call" I ordered and lit up one stick of my cigarette and took a few drags from it and then puffed out the smoke.
"Here Lord, it's ringing now." He says stretching my phone towards me and I took it from him and ordered him to leave with a wave of my hand. His presence isn't needed for now.
"Hey Bryan, why's your phone not connecting for a while now?" My manager asked the moment he picked up. This man must be so sick and tired of me right now but, I really don't give a damn!
"You knew you were supposed to attend a concert last night but, all your lines weren't connecting"he yelled and I scoffed loudly "Did you do that on purpose, Bryan?"
He's the only one that could call me by my name and yell at me without being punished. I guess I gave him so much privilege and now, he speaks to me as though I'm his kid. How daring…
"You really have to stop speaking to me like I'm your kid or something. And what you need to know is, I just need sometime off the media, okay?. but, you can reschedule the concert for tomorrow night. It's late already today and a concert can't be held without my fans."I uttered and took few drags from my cigarette as I walk towards my room window.
"Like seriously Bryan, I so much hate this thing you always do, and it's becoming unbearable. How could you even say I'm speaking to you like you're my kid? You and I know I'm only telling you your fault and you seriously need to change your nonchalant attitude!" he complained, I rolled my eyes and hung up the call without bothering to give him a reply.
"If it had been someone else, he would be stone dead right now"I mumbled to myself as I put out my cigarette and walked inside my bathroom.
Mr Chapman pov
I really can't believe my wife is saying this to me right now. This is definitely so infuriating.
"Don't you dare tell me that, woman! you spoiled that son of yours that he now walks out when I am talking to him!"I roared while pacing round the room from end to end. "What gave him that right, huh?"
"Don't you dare put the blame on me, Chapman. Bryan began hating you when we both found out you had a son from another woman. Impregnating a woman wasn't enough, she Gave birth to him wasn't enough for you either! Rather, you also brought the bas*ard to live with us."she yelled and I scoffed loudly.
"Dave is not a bas*ard and he would surely be the one to inherit my properties since your son isn't ready to comply."I said with finality.
"You won't dare do that, Chapman! Either Bryan or no one else. That bas*tard is not gonna inherit nothing!"she barked and tries walking out with her heels clicking hard on the tiled floors but, I called her back immediately.
"Come here woman! Don't you dare walk out on me. We aren't done yet with our conversation." I yelled and she stopped in her movement. She turned around to glare at me but I didn't give a damn about that.
"What else do we have to discuss, Chapman? I have nothing else to say to you, so I'm done with this conversation!" She yelled and I smirked.
"I'm the man here, woman! I decide when to end our conversation, not you."
She scoffs, "A Man indeed! A man who is planning on giving his properties to his bas*tard of a son." She gritted out spitefully.
My face twist up in a frown immediately those words left her lips. "Don't you ever dare call my son a bas*tard! Don't push me into taking an action so quickly, and you should know my action won't benefit either you or your son!" I threatened as I saw her face go blank.
"Wow Chapman, I never knew you could be this biased towards my son. Well, like I said earlier, it's either my son or no one else. Excuse me." She hissed out before storming out of the Master's bedroom going to God knows where.
I chuckled and loosen up my tie. It's been so long I got into such an heated argument with her and it feels so good doing it today.
