"Please." the gold skinned woman named Sienna said. She had short curly black hair with what seemed to be butter pecan lips, and light brown eyes.
As I was brought onto this woman's hands, I did my best not to start crying and screaming asking questions.
I lied, I did try, however all that came out was incoherent crying and squirming around
She looked down on me with love and affection that only a mother could give and I looked back at her...with a not so pleasant look.
'what's this asshole want huh? want to reincarnate me too?'
"Who would've known my seed would turn out so cute?"
A disgusted looked unconsciously crept up on both me and Sienna.
The voice came from a tall brownskin man, he had a goatee along with a moustache wearing a large bead necklace.
"You still find a way to be weird, even in this situation huh, Jordan."
"Just stating facts" he said as he approached her lovingly. He began to wrap her in a large hug rocking her in his embrace humming gently.
"We're really parents now, what would you like to name him?" he asked
"hm..August...yeah August Opal."
"Isn't that kinda tacky? Naming a kid after a city is pretty uno-"
"Jordan...not now."
He began to lift his mouth into a smile and gently kissed her on her forehead. He then started to look at me with what I could tell was unfiltered affection and care.
...Now I felt bad. I began to look around the room and saw the old creeky bed she laid upon. The Window was entirely wooden along with the rest of the house and furniture. I begin to see a lack of technology.....
No lamps, AC, Computer, or TV. My "parents" seemed to smell a little off, it wasn't a horrible smell but definitely...new. Looking up however I saw a small orb that emitted a bunch of light.
'Are those one of the magics the god mentioned?'
However, the real dilemma is, How can I see? I thought babies were like blind when they were born? Are these the powers the god mentioned?
Wait did I just take some random kids soul?

Holy shit. Some random kids just gone because of me. Wait how am I so calm? What the actual fuck is happening right now.
"Wow this kid cries a lot"
"Babe... he's a baby, he's supposed to cry like this. Are you okay in the head?" Sienna retorted
"I know but its been about an hour, who knows where the nurse went? We should sue this place for being so shabby"
She looked at him with a sad smile, which seemed to pity him. Like how a teacher would look at a student trying their best at studying yet still failing. It was a sad sight honestly but they were still together.
The nurse eventually returned with what seemed to be a cradle and...diapers. I'm now a baby that just shits himself. Who would've known.
On the Brightside however, I'm now alive with new caretakers in a world with Powers! Yay I'm so happy! Leaving my comfortable world with technology to come to a new world where killing is probably the norm! I absolutely love this!
Hopefully we're rich or something, or maybe even better this was all a dream.

Damnit....
This tree stump is pretty comfortable but.... damn that god. Like actually screw that asshole. This world is the epitome of boring for someone like me originating from modern society. There was no technology, I wasn't going to hang out with some children (that's weird) and I certainly wasn't going to start working out (that's even more boring).
On the bright side though, I did figure out how to circulate and find my mana. I'm basically a genius. It's a unique forest green aura and whenever I circulate it, I find that my thought process and magic absorption rate are nearly tripled! Isn't that a perfect thing to train!

I almost blew up.
Turns out when you do that you're overflowing your Magic Core and basically mutating your said innate ability either helping (.10% chance) or damaging it beyond repair. My parents basically screamed my head off when they saw what I was doing. (rightfully so)
So now, my daily life was basically what I did back then, just a tad bit more mundane and playing with my mana. I'd have to fiddle with wood and small objects to keep me busy. I swear I made a Phone one time with this small chip. I might've looked crazy to my parents but I had to replicate some form of entertainment.
My parents are cool, I've learned to accept them as my own and I'm nice with them but holy.. is this boring. They never tell you that there isn't much to do here. I go fishing with my dad a lot and that's pretty fun because not only do I get to catch fish on the water, I get to see his powers.
Everybody in this world seems to have an innate ability or magic that corresponds with their soul. My dad has the power to strengthen things he touches. I don't really know the max output of his power but it's certainly cool. My mom however has the ability to caramelize things..? Everything she touches either turns into candy or really sweet. I personally am not a fan of Sweets but its a cool power none the less.
When I asked about them, they said their powers awoken randomly at a very young age and-

I quickly ducked down and saw that it was a wasp chasing me.
....dick.
It's been 3 years man, my attention span cant take this. I come out to this forest to calm my mind, and something ALWAYS happens. Damn near saw a bear one time, and that's when I decided I wouldn't come back like 6 months ago.
But the one time I come back I'm getting bothered by this wasp. Then again if its just a wasp it's fine if I just swat it away right?
*BZZT*
As I look behind me I see a 3ft wasp, staring at me with unadulterated hatred and ferocity. The first time I saw a bug in this world I almost pissed my pants due to the sheer size, some can even spit out acid and I was praying to god this wasn't one of them.
Wanna know what's even crazier? The people of this world see this as normal?!?!.... I mean yeah they should but still, I see some small insects here and there.
I continue to stare intently at the wasp, trying my best to not become a panicky mess. I suddenly bolt in the direction of my house hauling ass screaming Bloody Mary. My house is only about 10 minutes away so I should be able to make it.
The next second I feel the hairs on the back of my neck raise and duck my body down as quickly as I can.
*VWOOM*
That asshole wasp almost got me now. Ok now I'm actually panicking, where are my parents when I need them? Damn, where are my POWERS when you need them? This is taking way to lo-

A large blast was heard above me and I saw that the wasp was plastered on the tree with a large circular hole going right through the middle of it. Looking above me I saw a large AWP sniper rifle with smoke coming out of the barrel.
