"How? How is this is possible? When and how? You… you dared to cut off my arm? I will make you pay dearly." Nightstalker said visibly furiously.
When the Nightstalker looked down the other time, Arthur had silently pulled a rock towards him with his ability then he shaped it into an incredibly sharp sword and then cleanly cut off the Nightstalker's hand.
"I will make you pay. Says the guy who only has a single hand. Hahahaha 😂." Arthur mockingly said.
The Nightstalker manages to sear up his hand and charges towards Arthur who in turn took a battle stance watching the Nightstalker's every move. The Nightstalker furiously dashes towards Arthur and throws a thigh kick but Arthur met the kick with his own kick thereby creating a shockwave that managed to get to where the alliance were watching.
Not letting up, the Nightstalker changed his leg and threw another kick with his other leg but still Arthur met the leg with his own creating another shockwave again.
The Nightstalker kept throwing kick after kick even throwing a punch with his one remaining hand but Arthur kept matching every hit with his own thereby creating shockwaves after shockwaves.
Tired of doing the same thing again and again, the Nightstalker decided to move back creating a bit of space between him and Arthur. The Nightstalker now panting kept looking at Arthur with bewilderment at Arthur's strength and speed. Arthur not wanting to give the Nightstalker rest dashed towards the Nightstalker and started punching, kicking and throwing heavy boulders at him.
The Nightstalker tried to block and dodge all the hits. Although he was quite successful at dodging, the Nightstalker's movement slowed and he started making mistakes and he sloppy and now he became overwhelmed by Arthur's hit that he wasn't able to defend himself anymore.
The alliance that were further behind away from the battlefield were confused and shocked by what they were seeing.
"Uhhm guys, are we all seeing the same thing?" Axel asked surprised by what he was seeing.
"I still can't believe my eyes" Zeph added also surprised.
"How is Arthur overwhelming the Nightstalker?" Fex also added.
"I think he's tapping from the Heart of the vampire. He's slowly using the Heart Of The Vampires in his battle. And I don't even think he realizes it." Sophia added also surprised albeit lesser than the others.
"The Heart Of The Vampires Huh?" what a lucky guy. He got lucky again. Zeph said while mumbling.
"uhmm Zeph, what was that?" Fex asked because he thought he heard Zeph saying something since they were standing close.
"Nothing" Zeph replied.
"I thought I heard you say something" Fex said.
"I didn't say anything, ok?" Zeph said defensively.
"I only asked a question, no need to get all defensive or snap at me." Fex added quite annoyed.
"Guys, will you cut it out. Let's concentrate on Arthur's battle because our fate kinda depends on whether he wins or not." Sophia added intervening before the argument escalates.
"Based on what am seeing right now, I think he's gonna win this." Axel said hopefully.
"Let's just hope nothing goes wrong." Sophia added hopefully.
Back at the battle, Arthur decided to take a break and moves back to observe the Nightstalker before moving in again.
The Nightstalker was now a bloody mess, his face was disfigured and bloody, he had cuts all over from the rock sword Arthur made.
He even had internal injuries. All in all, the Nightstalker wasn't looking good at all.
"You think you have won now right? But let me tell you, you haven't won and you are not gonna win either." The Nightstalker said quite confidently.
"Says the guy who's covered in injuries from head to toe." Arthur replied mockingly.
"Oh this? They are just mere scratches that will heal with time but what am gonna do to you, you won't be able to heal from.". The Nightstalker declared.
"What can you possibly do or give to me that I won't heal from?" Arthur asked.
"Death" Nightstalker answered while smiling.
Ignoring the Nightstalker's statement, Arthur dashed towards the Nightstalker and he slashed his rock sword towards the Nightstalker's neck but the sword was unable to pierce the Nightstalker's neck.
Looking closely, Arthur could see a black casing was around the Nightstalker's neck.
"Shocked right? But this is just the beginning " The Nightstalker said smirking.
Still ignoring this, Arthur moves back to create a bit of distance and charges towards the Nightstalker but when he was just two feet away from the Nightstalker, He erupted with so much energy that it pushed Arthur far back that he almost landed right where the alliance were.
"Did you think I will let you get close to me? No, you are wrong I won't make that mistake again." The Nightstalker said while smirking.
