Chapter 13
"What happened? Did you expect me to go flying again?" Arthur asked while smiling and wincing In pain.
"How, how is this possible?" The Nightstalker asked with surprise.
(Looks down at Arthur's legs) Oh! You're quite skillful with your abilities.
Arthur's legs were deeply rooted in the ground, and a whole lot of rocks covered his legs.
" Did you expect me to go flying?" Arthur asked again and smiles.
Arthur readies his hand and gave the Nightstalker an uppercut which sent him flying up. Arthur didn't let up, he also jumped up giving chase. Before the Nightstalker could do anything, he suddenly felt a solid hit, hit him sending him back down at tremendous speed. When the Nightstalker crashed on the ground, he created a giant crater. While falling down from the sky, Arthur kept throwing boulders after boulders down at where the Nightstalker landed, adding to the size of the crater. When Arthur landed back down, he didn't let up, he dashed towards where he last sent the Nightstalker to. He sees the Nightstalker standing but he couldn't see clearly because of a lot of dust obscuring his view. He dashes at the Nightstalker planning to give him the punch of his life.
When Arthur gets to where the Nightstalker was standing, he threw a punch with his full strength but the Nightstalker caught his hand with relative ease. Finally the dust settled and Arthur could get a good look at the Nightstalker. The Nightstalker looked relatively fine without a scratch on him except from a bit of blood dripping from his mouth.
"That fucking hurt. (Smirks) But it's time to make you feel double the pain. Did you think I was going full strength at you from the get go? (Smiles) Well think again, Am bored of playing with you. It's time to end this." The Nightstalker said.
The Nightstalker twists one of Arthur's hand which he was holding, which caused Arthur to bend forward, then the Nightstalker gave Arthur a strong knee kick on his face which caused a fracture in Arthur's nose. Lifting Arthur with a single arm, the Nightstalker slams Arthur on the ground causing another large and deep crater in the ground. The shockwave from slamming Arthur even reached Sophia, the alliance and beasts where they were.
"I wonder how Arthur is holding up. Not feeling anything means he hasn't gotten the chance to use the Heart of the vampire and I don't think the Nightstalker will let him." Sophia thought.
BACK TO THE FIGHT
In the crater created by the Nightstalker from slamming Arthur, was Arthur coughing blood and trying to stand up. The Nightstalker not noticing Arthur's movement because he wasn't there. He left thinking Arthur was dead. Arthur finally manages to stand up but he wasn't in a good shape. Arthur had a broken arm, two broken ribs which were making it difficult for him to breathe, a broken nose and a few bruises here and there.
"I need to get rid of this guy even if it means me dying because this guy is bad news for the whole world." Arthur was now thinking hastily.
Arthur started forming rocks on his body. From head to toe he was covered in heavy rocks which was being reinforced by his ability making it five times stronger than before. Arthur charges at the Nightstalker who in turn was unaware of who was coming. Arthur finally reaches the Nightstalker and delivers a strong hit on his head which in turn made the Nightstalker's head slam on the floor strongly. Within two seconds the Nightstalker made a full recovery and turns around to see who or what hit him.
"You! Aren't you meant to be dead by now?(now suddenly furious) why don't you just die? Now an gonna make sure you die and stay dead." The Nightstalker asked visibly surprised again.
The Nightstalker ran towards Arthur with full speed. Arthur seeing him, took a fighting stance. When the Nightstalker got to Arthur, he threw a punch towards his head but Arthur ducked, avoiding the hit and he successfully landed a hit in the Nightstalker's stomach but it didn't hurt the Nightstalker at all.
"Did you think your weak punches are gonna affect me?" The Nightstalker asked. Well think again. Now lemme show you what a strong hit feels like.TBC...
