A cool breeze blows by children running around in a desolate, but lavish garden. The laughter stops to see their brother spark a flame. Seconds pass before the spark becomes an flame and inferno into a garden of ash and burnt bodies the children lay splayed across the gravel as the lonesome brother cries.
"I didn't…"
His words interrupted by sobs as a beautiful woman crouches down hugs the boy kissing his forehead.
"Oh my little Rhys…"
The woman says in pity and disbelief, as a man stands in shock, not to the genocide of the children but to the raw talent burning within Rhys.
"Rhys, come here"
The man's powerful voice demands before the woman reluctantly lets go of the Rhys.
"Y-yes father…"
He responds walking towards the man, terror still faint in his eyes.
"Lift your head starting in 9 years you'll be representing the family of Fedora"
He said before the woman stands up and refutes.
"He's too young you can't!"
She says tears welling in her eyes before she's shot down by the man's blazing glare.
The man looks down at the small boy his light skin glowing from the remains embers of the garden with short auburn hair.

A year after the incident Rhys looks up to his mother.
"Look I can do it!"
Rhys smiles within his grasp his a small fish made of flames.
"Wonderful!"
His mother smiled and lift him up into her arms her son at the young age of 15 learning basics of magic, entering the Poly of Foundation. Even those at the age of 16 learning would be considered prodigious.
The woman rains Rhys in kissing.
"Since your controls gotten better, how about you give your poor mother a nice massage"
She teased before Rhys squirms out of his mother's embrace blushing lightly.
"Stop it mother!" Little Rhys say as the maids just out side the door heard the banter giggling before straightening up as the man open the doors.
"Rhys, pack your things. You're being enrolled into Bellstrum." The man said blandly. His mother could only sigh and look down to her son in grief.
"Yes… father"
The Rhys replies.

"Your this families pride and joy, but you'll always be my little Rhys first
His mother says in soft gentle tone, tucking a strand of his hair behind his ear.
"Yes mother…" He replies wanting to believe her words before he slowly climbs into the cariage.
His mother smiles proudly but her cheeks stained with tears as she watches the carriage disappear into the horizon.
Rhys sits in the carriage with his lone guard in talkin about what he should expect and other stories. His qsoft heart crumbling as he leaves his home.
*** A week burns away
"Young master Rhys we're here" the guard says as he opens the carriage door. Rhys looks up and forces a smile getting out of the carriage to be greeted by an old but vibrant man the wind around him seemingly alive.
"Welcome little one, to Bellstrom academy"
The old man says as Rhys looks around to see the towering building many times bigger then his own manor small floating towers decorating the sky above it as people could be seen flying between them.
