There was a reason why Freddy revealed information from the future, posing as a prophet and slightly misleading Hashin.
In the future, this man would be of great help.
If he dismissed him so easily, the future would be much the same, and the changes he would have to make would not be significant.
He had not come back because he wanted to. He came back because his soul was offered as a sacrifice at the time of his death.
Freddy, who experienced death, no longer felt anything.
The fear persisted, but he was gradually overcoming it.
Hashin died in the future.
His death was three years away.
Meanwhile, the Tower of Arrogance annihilated half of the humans, leaving only the strongest Rankers and a few ordinary "Unawakened" humans.
Freddy needed Hashin's help.
Hashin was level 68, or so he assumed.
