Report on Mutia Chenquen

A noble Lady was brought in with a... concerning word, "CHANGE".

I absolutely hate both of their names so I will be referring to them as "M' from this point on.

M was brought in with their brother, Lyrone and is incredibly friendly to others, always initiating the conversations. The caretakers had to keep talking to them to keep them entertained.

They nearly convinced two prodigious children to invest their entire savings into her scam however... this could be a potential Revolutionary.

Their powers are the ability to change other's perspectives, temporarily change parts of powers... and temporarily switch places of two things.
