Report on Rion Takagame
A child was brought in with a new word, "SOUL".
Rion stayed to themselves the entire session and refused to interact with others without being prompted to. Rion showed no signs of pain, annoyance, love, happiness, or sadness no matter what the other kids or caretakers did or said to them.
Their powers are unknown at this time.
