Ice shattered under the girl's body as she bounced across the room, violet flames licked her wounds as she slammed his palm onto the ground. Her fingers melted the ice giving her grip, using her arm to pull her forward. Violet fire burst from her every step – her footsteps etched into the once smooth ice.
Bringing her fist up as she neared the creature that had sent her flying, violet fire raced up her body from her legs wrapping around her fist.
The Fiend she was fighting had been stalking her for days after picking up on the flaming girl's scent. Most of its body was covered in fur that helped to keep it warm in the ice-cold environment – where the girl used the heat of her fire to make footholds – the Fiend had walked on three legs, each ending in a sharp point that dug into the ice. Second, the girl winced as the side of her body was enveloped in the bright glow of violet fire. The large wound inflicted onto her by the Fiend began to heal itself, her torn flesh slowly pulling itself back together.
After a second, the bright glow of the violet fire elapsed, returning to its original brightness.
Blood still dripped from her side, the wound still not completely healed. A pained expression contorted her lips as she returned her attention to the Fiend.
The creature was trying to put out the fire that was burning over its face, but in
