Chapter 67: Crossing the River!

Elisa, her siblings, and her tribe didn't know.
All they knew was that they were treacherous. They lived in their huts, they drank their water, they ate their food, they slept in their clothes, and then when they saw more benefits in them, they stripped them of everything and made them their slaves.
It was a normal morning. It was the tribe's time to go hunting to bring food for the day. They ate fish, and as disgusting as it was to the group of 4, they still ate it to survive after burning it with one of their members' trait.
This day, the group of 4, or rather 5, were acting strangely. They were full of smiles and very welcoming, but in a split second, the routine of the day, the crimson sky, the dark trees, and cracked grounds had turned upside down for Elisa.
