A maid rushed to Denial's room as he directly opened it. Denial was just lazing around as he looked at the maid as she said "Youn-Young master Mas-Master has died". He jolted up from the bed as he went downstairs and saw on the TV.
"Today's breaking news! Star Corporation Chairman was attacked and was shot in the head and now who will be the next Chairman of Star corporation".
Denial looked at a maid "Did you call him?" The maid nodded and said "The phone was not picked up". Looking at the situation Denial had become a bit disoriented but came to his sentence as he again said "Did you call mom?" The maid replied "no young master".
Denial went to the telephone as he dialed his mother number "Ring! Ring! Ring! Hello who is this" said Aisha as Denial replied "Mom how are you?"
"Ah Denial I am good and you?"
"I am good mom when will you return"
"I will return next week"
"Mom there is a urgency please come back now"
"Why what is urgent?"
"Don't ask questions come back fast i will tell you when you come back"
"Ok"
Denial hung up the call as he didn't tell his mother about the father's death as he didn't want to tell her as to give worry or even worse disturb her mental health. Denial looked at the maid beside him as he said "When will the body arrive?" and the maid said "In two days and I think now you need to visit the company headquarters as there has been a disturbance in the flow of work in the executives due to the news".
Denial replied "Prepare the car" as he went to his room and changed his dress to professional attire and sat on the car as it started to go to the Company headquarters. The Car arrived at the headquarters as Denial got out and headed to the Executive Meeting hall as all the executives were informed about Denials arrival and they had already in the hall.
As Denial was heading to the Meeting Hall the workers saw him as some of the girls started to fawn over his looks and some were gossiping about him in the back "Did you know this is the son of the Chairman"
"What really"
"Yeah I heard he has a brilliant mind"
"I heard from the Head of the department that The Oliz was his idea"
"Oh my really"
Denial went into the lift as it started to go to 10th floor and stopped there and Denial went into the meeting room as he sat on the seat beside the Chairman's seat.
"Denial I think now you should seat at the Chairman's seat" said a humble looking 60 year old man as Denial replied "Thank you Uncle Xavin but now is not the time" with a smile on his face as with the sentence of Xavin it was already showing that he favoured Denial and would support him.
Xavin was a close friend of his father with other three people and everyone of them hold a very high position in Star Corporation. Denial have met all four at his house when they came to meet his father as they were loyal and supportive of his father.
