*Story Begins
Neo found himself high in the sky which scared him for a second, but realizing he was no longer a mortal but an Almighty system. He filled himself with courage and started connecting to the World's Will and studying the world he had descended into so he could make plans for the future.
With that, he spent another 2 hours going through the plot direction and to his amazement it was exactly the story he was reading before he became a system.
Amazed, he started going through the plot again.
The story begins after the rebirth of Lei Feng who was lived his life in a miserable manner. He was born in the Gu Family, the richest family in the Lotus City.
He was a real young master of the wealthy Gu family who was kidnapped when he was 2 years old and lived separated for many years.
In his absence the Gu family found his substitute and adopted a boy naming him Gu Tianchen.
12 years passed by and he was found by the Gu Family again.
After returning to the Gu family, he was not even qualified to change his surname back to Gu. They treated him worse than a dog.
His biological parents and sisters treated him like grass but regarded the fake young master Gu Tianchen as a treasure.
In the previous life, it was because Gu Tianchen's pet ran away. The whole family was anxious and were searching for it everywhere.
Zhao Lang felt sorry for her adopted son and forced Lei Feng to go out in the heavy rain to find the dog.
Lei Feng thought he could prove himself useful and maybe earn some love from the family but little did he know that the whole plan was devised by his adopted son Gu Tianchen to increase his chances of inheriting the billions of RMB worth inheritance of the Gu Family.
Later Lei Fend died on the spot when he encountered a drunk driver, and the driver fled the scene.
When Lei Feng fell in the heavy rain, Gu Tianchen was playing games on the bed with a warm wind, and the dog that had run away was lying beside his bed.
The Gu Family did not find about his death till next morning when police came.
Upon learning of Lei Feng's death, Gu Tianchen cried red eyes with his superb acting skills.
Zhao Lang hugged him distressed and comforted him softly: "Tianchen, fortunately, it was not you who went out."
Gu Ling came forward and sued the driver, who was later imprisoned for life but even she could not find the perpetrator behind it.
Lei Feng was watching all this and could not help but feel lost.
His adoptive mother happily sent him to this family thinking he would be able to live the 'good life' he deserved but all he got was a ticket to heaven.
He lost everything, His adoptive mother who loved him for dear life, his girlfriend who licked Gu Tianchen after learning his status in Gu's family, and his family who resented him because they thought it might impact the life of their adopted son/brother.
He witnessed the rise of Gu's family and Gu Tianchen living the life he should have lived. Enjoying what should have been his!!!
Under resentment, he was reborn on the day when he confessed to his girlfriend but was interrupted by lackeys under Gu Tianchen.
Later he was beaten to the ground in front of Qin Xiaofei.
According to the regular trajectory of the plot, Lei Feng reunited with his family at the end after some whitewashing and begging. Gu Tianchen separated from the family and lived off a rich man life with his real mother. Although he made them regret their choice but the revenge was not satisfactory.
But now he has a system.
