Lei Feng went to the servant area to take a bath and get ready for school. He cleaned the room one last time and came up from the lower basement area.
He heard a chattering sound in the hall.
He saw his father Gu Feitian sitting at the head position with Zhao Lang to his left and Gu Tianchen to his right. Besides them was his eldest sister Gu Ling who is known as the Business prodigy.
She was the CEO of Ancient Group while Gu Feitian holds the position of Chairman and acts behind the scenes.
They were chatting happily while Zhao Lang was piling Gu Tianchen's plate with food showering him with motherly love and their father sat there watching this with approval in his eyes, pointing his to wife to ensure he gets full nutrition.
Gu Ling ate her breakfast silently while reading some reports in her hand.
As he came up, Gu Tianchen was the first to notice, he said "Brother, come here and have breakfast with us."
Immediately attracting the attention of everyone in the room towards Lei Feng. Expressions on everyone's faces went from Happy to angry like flipping a page.
Seeing this Lei Feng planned to slip away but,
Father Gu Feitian immediately cursed from behind "Uncultured dog, your brother is as speaking to you. Are you deaf or what?"
Zhao Lang added, "If I don't teach you a lesson today, you will lift the roof of this house tomorrow. Where is my stick?!!!"
Gu Ling interrupted "Mom, Dad, please don't make a scene here. I have an important meeting in the morning." not caring about what might happen to her brother.

This only made Gu Feitian and Zhao Lang even angrier.

He then said to the servants that no need to deliver food to Lei Feng's room in the evening and let him starve for another day.
Servants could not help but shudder and got back to their work.
Uncle Fu put the umbrella back in the basket, not intending to hand it to departing Lei Feng.
