Family time.

Two words that meant so much to the young princess. All her life, Jacquelyn had wished to be with her own family, eating with her father, laughing with him. She dreamed of dressing up with her sisters, playing with her brothers, arguing over little things, and reconciling immediately. While living with Griselda in the isolated part of the palace, Jacquelyn would write down the things she wanted to do with her family.

The first time she learned to write, her first word was "family." Then came "father," and she tried to guess her siblings' names, scribbling down different guesses each day. As time passed slowly, those dreams faded into mere wishful thinking.
