Chapter 19 - Plot Advancement! God of Destruction and Frieza

As Vegeta's spaceship left this star system, in the opposite direction, another round single-person spaceship was speeding towards the Milky Way Galaxy after departing Planet Vegeta.

There was no doubt that this spaceship was the one carrying Kakarot.

Equipped with a life-support system, the spaceship ensured that even a long journey wouldn't threaten the life of the six-month-old Kakarot.

The destined child of this world, Kakarot, would usher in a new era once he arrived on Earth.

No! That's not right!

The plot had already begun to unfold from the moment he left Planet Vegeta.

...

In the vast universe, in some unknown galaxy and star region, a planet suddenly exploded without any warning.

The dazzling light was like fireworks, bright and striking.

From within the flames of the explosion, two figures gradually emerged.

They were none other than God of Destruction, Beerus, and Angel, Whis.

They were walking in outer space, unaffected by the vacuum and harsh conditions of the space.

This was the power of the God of Destruction!

This was the power of an Angel!

The planet that exploded was undoubtedly destroyed by Beerus.

"Disgusting! How could such trash be called food? Damn it! To think I couldn't even eat some delicious food before going to sleep. So annoying!" Beerus held a long, thin steel toothpick, picking his teeth while criticizing in dissatisfaction.

"There's nothing that can be done about it. After all, Lord Beerus has existed for such a long time. You've tasted almost all the famous delicacies in the universe." Whis said cheerfully, then swiftly changed the topic, "Although we couldn't find better food this time, perhaps the next time Lord Beerus awakens, many planets would have developed new delicacies. A few decades might not be long, but for a civilization that loves life, many miracles can happen."

Beerus didn't pay attention to Whis' words.

He had heard this from Whis more than ten times.

However, every time, he was filled with anticipation, and every time, he was left disappointed.

"Forget it, I'm too lazy to search for delicious food. Continuing this is just a waste of time." Beerus muttered to himself.

"Then, let's return to God of Destruction's Planet, Lord Beerus." Whis maintained his smile, waiting for Beerus' response.

"No rush! Before returning, I have some business with that guy Frieza. Didn't you say he's been acting more and more out of line recently?" Beerus yawned, speaking nonchalantly.

Hearing this, Whis read between the lines and smiled, "Hohoho~~! It seems Lord Beerus not only doesn't mind Frieza's antics but actually thinks he is quite suitable to be the true proxy of the God of Destruction."

"What makes you say that?" Seeing that he was seen through, Beerus glanced at Whis, as if asking how he figured it out.

Whis' smile grew even wider, "If Lord Beerus didn't have this thought, you would have said Frieza is too unruly and uncontrollable, and needs to be destroyed before going back to sleep."

Upon hearing this, Beerus's expression became serious.

"You're half right. Seeing him is also to keep him in check. After all, it was because of a word from me that this ant became the emperor of the universe.

"Emperor of the universe, it's really bold of this ant. His father, King Cold, only called himself the ruler of the galaxy."

Beerus' words sounded like he was making excuses, unwilling to admit that Whis had completely seen through his thoughts.

"Aren't you worried, Lord Beerus, that Frieza will become even more excessive after receiving your order?"

"It doesn't matter. With his level, even if he causes havoc, it just means destroying more planets. At worst, I'll destroy him after I wake up." Beerus stretched lazily, unconcerned.

"Alright, as long as Lord Beerus has made his decision," Whis nodded.

In truth, he didn't really care either.

To them, Frieza was a nobody with insignificant power.

As Beerus had said, what could happen even if Frieza caused havoc?

"Then let's go, Whis," Beerus placed his hand on Whis' shoulder.

"Yes, Lord Beerus," Whis was already prepared and had locked onto Frieza's current location.

'Buzzz!!!'

A mysterious and powerful energy surged, enveloping them in dazzling rainbow light.

After a flash, they transformed into a beam of multicolored light, crossing space at an unimaginable speed, disappearing from this part of the universe.

...

Meanwhile, in a corner of the universe.

A massive spaceship of the Frieza Force was traveling.

This was the main ship of the Frieza Force, Frieza's exclusive spaceship.

Inside the spaceship, in the command room.

The petite Frieza was seated in his special hover pod, holding a wine glass. As he moved his wrist, the crimson wine swirled in the glass.

On either side of him stood two newly promoted senior warriors, with power levels just above 15,000, making them elite warriors second only to Zarbon and Dodoria.

Frieza had ordered them to stay by his side until Zarbon and Dodoria returned from their mission.

"Those Saiyan monkeys are quite efficient. This time, they've conquered over a thousand planets for me and reported many valuable planets.

"If it weren't for that baseless legend, I might have been reluctant to deal with them.

"Never mind, it's still too early to wipe out the Saiyan monkeys. Once this mission is over, I'll visit Planet Vegeta to properly reward them, hohoho~~!!"

Frieza's demonic laugh was highly chilling, and even his close subordinates felt a chill run down their spines.

Serving Frieza was like accompanying a tiger; his temper was unpredictable, and he was brutally violent, often killing on a whim.

If given a choice, they would prefer to go on missions rather than stay by Frieza's side, living in constant fear.

Of course, they could only think this in their hearts, as speaking it out loud would mean certain death.

The atmosphere in the cockpit was deathly silent, as no one dared to speak to Frieza.

This was something Frieza particularly disliked.

"As expected, without Zarbon and Dodoria, there's no one around to share in my joy and talk with," Frieza remarked casually, causing the two already terrified subordinates beside him to break into a cold sweat.

The invisible pressure was too deadly.

Before they could respond, in the next second, two figures suddenly appeared.

Without any warning or disturbance.

No one noticed, not even Frieza.

God of Destruction Beerus and Angel Whis had silently appeared behind him.
