"What are you two talking about?" Lu Xingzhou strode over, a trace of a smile hanging on the corners of his mouth.
His gaze towards Jiang Man was filled with tenderness and adoration, as if eager for everyone to know about his feelings for her.
Jiang Man passed over the grilled fish, not yet having opened her mouth.
Jiang Man spoke up first, "I saw that sister-in-law is familiar with Mrs. Jervin, so I thought of asking her for an introduction, but she said we have no close relations, so why should she help me."
She smiled bitterly, raising her eyebrows to look at Lu Xingzhou with a hint of embarrassment, "I overestimated myself... I thought we were all one family..."
