When Morgan was about to unleash his magic attack forward, his steps were halted as Adeline's fiery sword extended to the side. Morgan looked at Adeline in confusion.
"Let me handle it. Last night, I didn't get a chance to have fun," Adeline explained.
Morgan saw the determination in Adeline's eyes. She seemed to want to prove to herself, Denis, Morgan, and everyone else in the cave that she was indeed strong.
"Fine, but I won't assist you like I did last night," Morgan said, dispelling the magical aura that had been in his grasp.
Denis watched as Adeline approached him. The girl volunteered to be Morgan's fighter, and Denis couldn't help but mock Morgan's courage.
"Is that all you've got, Morgan? Always hiding behind Adeline's skirt? You're not worthy of being a man!" Denis taunted, and Morgan responded casually, crossing his arms.
"To fight against you, I don't need to cast my magic," Morgan declared.
