After running throughout the night, we decided it was time to set up camp for a bit and have breakfast. We'd been on the move for hours, and exhaustion was starting to catch up with us. Our plan was to keep moving until nightfall, with the goal of reaching Farchill by then. There, we hoped to find a place to rest properly. The biting cold around us made it clear that we wouldn't get any real rest if we stayed out in the open.
