The first thing he did was to head over to the shop and buy the ability he had prepared. He was going to use this ability to study this cell perfectly in order to plan his perfect escape route.
A line of words appeared on the screen before him.

Bray didn't waste any time and immediately purchased the ability. As soon as he purchased the ability, he felt a peculiar feeling wash over him. All over his body felt hot, from the top of his head all the way down, he felt as though he was submerged in an extremely cold water, but at the same time that the cold feeling was trying to penetrate his skin, the ferocious hot feeling didn't let the cold have its way.
This feeling continued for a few minutes, causing Bray to grit his teeth and endure the pain. Bray didn't want to feel this sort of pain, but he knew that in order to escape this world prison, certain sacrifices needed to be made, this was one such sacrifice.
Soon the pain subsided, and Bray could feel his body returning to normal.

Bray felt that there was something strange about his body now, it was new but had a strange peculiarity to it. When he focused enough, he could sense these changes on a microscopic level, it was as though something strange had become an extension of him.

Bray took a few moments to digest what the system had said. Previously, he saw the mana tab among his stats, and he was curious as to what it was about. Only now did he discover that this mana tab can be directly used to activate one's ability. Since my man isn't much, only in the hundreds, I wonder how much time I can use the C-grade ability for.
With this thought, he asked the system, How long can my new ability stay active for? Bray didn't want to sneak out and then be discovered along the way due to his mana failing on him. He naturally understood that mana worked as a fuel that enabled the ability to be in action, when the fuel exhausts, there is no way for the ability to be in action anymore.

As he saw the stat displayed, Bray was stunned, registering his thoughts for a moment. He didn't think his mana points would be this low, that his new ability would only be able to last for about five hours before turning off, in essence, he didn't have much time to use the ability anyway.
System, is there a way to increase my mana points permanently? Also, how is the recovery time for my mana points? Bray came up with a thought, if he could increase his mana points by a certain amount of time permanently, then he would be able to explore much more of his ability.
Besides, he needed to know how much time he had till his ability recovered, if, according to the system, he had a week to recover his mana points, he would have to use his ability sparingly and with much caution.

Looking at his 110+ versatile points, he knew that he couldn't use them now, at least not until a new set of prisoners from which he could obtain versatile points arrived.
With this thought, he turned his gaze to the most important event of the day before the time for him to meet Sloven approached. Three ability cards appeared in front of him. Bray had already separated the ability skill cards he got from killing Vin from those of the others he defeated, this was so that he could absorb the information and shock of this ability much more efficiently.
