As Lucian approached the skyscraper and started circling around it, most of the people were confused as they watched the helicopter; some of them, however, were quick to raise their phones and livestream what was happening. They did not need to wonder for long, however, as Lucian found where they were keeping the loud megaphones of the helicopter.
