Amused. Aside from seeing the Verdant Turtle, this was the first time Lucian was truly feeling amused in this world. They were probably 7000 feet in the air, and yet Annie was capable of leaping straight into the helicopter from the ground?
Sugar was strong, but she wasn't really at the level where she could prove to be a threat to him. But Annie? Lucian was sure that she could squash him like a bug. But of course, Lucian still wasn't threatened at all.
