Cedric stared at the rising figure. His heart beat with excitement as a headless knight appeared. Its aura engulfed the battlefield with dread, a giant sword resting in one hand while the other carried its head.
"Isn't that a Dullahan?" muttered Cedric, unable to hold back his excitement. The horseman raised its head to survey the battlefield until its gaze landed on Cedric. The helmet covered its features, but Cedric could see respect in its eerie glowing eyes.
Cedric was still looking at it with excitement when he realized something odd. The horseman before him lacked a horse. His eyes blinked at the monster, searching for a horse, but there was none.
