Dylan loved the thrilling bloodshed as it unfolded before his eyes. He galloped on his horse, killing everything that crossed his path. He had never felt like this in the past hundred years. He felt alive. He felt rejuvenated. He could do this all day.
It has been three days since he began his invasion, and he has ruined three towns. This is the fourth one he will destroy. And in each city, he and his men had conquered, he left no survivor. All he did was station a few of his men in the town.
After each town's downfall, Dylan would send a message back to his hometown with a letter saying that he had conquered the town. In return, the elders of his territory will send strong men after the messenger he sent and station them at the fort that Dylan conquered.
That's how Dylan loved doing his thing. With that, his men will rebuild the town, but under a new law, a new governor, and new behavior. The foundation will be what Dylan wants. It will be his path. By doing it that way, they will fear him more than Sebastian, and nobody will dare go against his order.
As Dylan galloped on his horse, he slashed the throat of a soldier with his claw. He brought his hand up, licked the blood, and savored the sweetness of it. He loved the taste of human blood. The scent of it arouses his urge to feed.
All around him, screaming men filled the atmosphere as his men set the people's houses and camps on fire. Some of the brave men, soldiers, and kids who could wield swords in the town came out to defend their town from Dylan's siege.
He smiled. These people will never learn.
Dylan wondered when they would know that his men were not humans but werewolves. They have incredible strength, speed, endurance, and vitality. Well, he couldn't blame them. He had made sure that no one survived or escaped to inform Sebastian about his attack. He made sure that no one survived in all the previous towns he raided who could bring warning to the nearby town. He left no messengers alive, not even birds.
Dylan's eyes widened in lust when he saw a young girl fleeing for the safety of her home. At the sight of the girl, he felt his body arouse. He needs to mate. It had been a long time since he had intercourse with a girl. He hadn't touched his Luna ever since he began his plot a hundred years ago.
Now, he needs it badly. Dylan felt the urge to have sex, and the girl he just saw would be the perfect match. Dylan was sure that he would still be tight, at least for his manhood. Instantly, he started to imagine how he would thrust into her. Once he is done with her, he might leave her for any of his men who have an interest in her or feed on her.
Dylan watched in patience as the girl kept running for her safety, hoping to find shelter and be safe from the invaders. A few meters away, Dylan extracted a small ax that was hung at the head of his horse, leaned back, and threw it.
He watched as the ax went flying end over end and struck its target. It's a perfect hit. The ax impaled the shoulder of the girl, the force sending her tumbling down. The girl rolled end over end, and she smashed her head against a boulder.
Dylan kicked his horse toward her and smirked evilly. As the girl struggled to get up and continue running for safety, Dylan leaped away from his horse, collided with her from behind, and the two of them went tumbling down the earth once again.
They keep rolling, the metal from different collapsed buildings scratching their bodies, and Dylan loves it. He adored metal which scratched his body and left a significant injury. He knew they'd heal. He wanted the poor girl to watch as the wound healed, so she would be afraid of him. He even shed the girl's body with his huge, muscular hands and body.
When they were done rolling on the earth, Dylan lifted the girl, carried her in a bridal style, and followed a lone path that led to a small clearing behind a tent. The girl kept struggling, scratching Dylan's body with her fingernail, but it did not harm him. The wound heals just as quickly as it appears.
He dropped the girl and smirked. He allowed his eyes to roam her body, and Dylan felt more aroused. If his guess was right, she just clocked twenty. She has long, braided blonde hair, green eyes, and tan skin. Dylan was sure that she had never defiled her body with a man. She's a virgin.
Dylan could see the shocked look on her face as he watched his body heal quickly and his huge muscles and biceps grow. He decided to scare her more by flexing his body, showing more of his muscles before he removed his trousers.
Dylan knew what he wanted to do would hurt his mate and bring her back into his territory. He knew she would feel that pain all over her body, especially in her lower abdomen. Yet he didn't care, and she knew better than to confront him. Dylan was a man who loved doing everything to please his body. He loves getting whatever he wants and fulfilling his desires. It was his nature.
When he is done scaring the girl, he inches toward her, and the latter tries scrambling backward.
"You're a monster," The girl said, shifting backward. "You're one of the night-walking creatures, aren't you? You're amongst Sebastian's dogs."
Dylan frowned at the mention of Sebastian's name. He hated that man. He will soon show him who is supposed to be the ruler of the middle land.
The girl seems to notice the sudden change in Dylan, and she decides to tease him further: "I saw the armor that your men are wearing; they are not from the Middle Land."
Dylan halted in his tracks and scowled at her.
"I can see it in your face that you have a special hatred for Sebastian. You're torturing us to weaken him, aren't you?" The girl scoffed. Slowly, she started rising on her feet. "Did you think Sebastian cared about us? If he does, he won't leave us without any special knight from the palace."
"Everyone you're killing is human. All of us are humans, trying to survive with whatever the knights and their horses left for us." She sobbed.
"We planted seeds, fruits, and vegetation, but they came with their horses and destroyed everything. The little that was left for rip was sent to perish when they let out their wolf during the full moon. Some of us who were lucky enough to harvest what we planted were forced to pay hard taxes. You're just wasting your time here. If you have any dispute with Sebastian, go straight to the King's palace and stop the killing of the innocent."
Dylan gritted his teeth, spun around, and slapped the girl hard in the face. "You don't tell me what to do, poor girl." He scowled, his eyes turning red with rage.
Slowly, the girl lifted her head while using her palm to rub the spot where Dylan slapped her. She pressed her lips together to avoid screaming in pain as she felt the effect of the slap on her ear.
"I know those feelings, and I can recognize the look in your eyes." She chuckled. "You're not just here to torture us and weaken Sebastian; you're here for revenge. Not only that, but you want to rule."
Dylan howled, "Shut up, little girl."
Before the girl could blink, he appeared in front of her and punched her in the veins connected to her neck. The girl's eyes dilated, and she blacked out.
Dylan reached out and carried her before she hit the ground.
