Chapter 2 - Chapter 1: A New Dawn

"Ryan! Ryan, wake up!" The shrill voice of Rose, my personal maid and childhood friend, pierced through the early morning silence, nearly shattering my eardrums.

I groaned and buried my face deeper into the pillow, desperately clinging to the remnants of sleep. But Rose was relentless. Her insistent shaking and loud voice made it impossible to ignore her.

"Alright, alright, I'm up!" I mumbled, pushing myself into a sitting position. I rubbed my eyes and glanced at her. Rose stood by my bed, hands on her perky hips, and boobs that would fit perfectly in my hand. She looked like a perfect childhood sweetheart in a maid costume. Despite her status as a maid, she never hesitated to boss me around when necessary.

"You know, you don't have to yell so loud every morning," I grumbled, swinging my legs over the side of the bed.

Rose rolled her eyes. "If I don't, you'll never get up on time. Besides, your 'Dragon' looks like it would soar in the sky. Do you want me to calm it down, crown prince?" she said as she looked at my 'morning wood'.

I felt my face flush with embarrassment but quickly masked it with a grin. "Very funny, Rose," I muttered, trying to hide my discomfort. "But no, I'll handle it myself."

She smirked and turned to leave the room. "Just remember, you've got a busy day ahead. Training with Sir Gareth, a magic lesson with Miss Celine, and some time with your sisters. And don't forget, your mother wants to see you before lunch."

I nodded as I looked at her swaying perfect ass. "Looks like a busy day."

"When isn't it?" she replied with a playful smile.

I laughed, appreciating her sass. "True enough. Alright, give me a moment to get ready."

As Rose left the room, I couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation. Each day in this magical world was a chance to prove myself, to live fully, and to spread the love and kindness that had once eluded me. I was determined to become powerful, not just for my sake, but for the sake of those I cared about.

Shortly after Rose left, a group of maids entered the room, ready to help me prepare for the day. They moved with practiced efficiency, laying out my training attire, preparing my bath, and ensuring that every detail was attended to. I flirted shamelessly with them, enjoying the way they blushed and giggled at my roguish comments. Some were my age, while others were in their twenties.

They were all virgins, with the sole purpose of their lives being to bear my child someday. I was free to do anything with any of them or all of them, but I hadn't done anything yet. My father loved my mother so much that he didn't have any other children aside from me and my sisters.

With their help, I quickly dressed in my training gear, the lightweight fabrics and fitted design perfect for the rigorous physical activity ahead. As I stood before the mirror, allowing the maids to make the final adjustments, I couldn't help but feel a surge of determination. Today, like every other day, was an opportunity to prove myself worthy of the life I had been given.

I made my way to the training ground set aside exclusively for me, where Sir Gareth was waiting. Sir Gareth was as tall as me, standing at 6'2", with a build more muscular than mine. His middle-aged appearance was marked by the coldness of his eyes—eyes that had witnessed countless life-and-death battles. His presence was imposing, a constant reminder of the skill and experience he brought to our sessions.

Since I was a few minutes late, he had me run around the field 200 times without using mana to augment my body. The grueling exercise left me breathless and aching.

After the run, we moved on to sword training. Despite my natural talent for combat, my skills were far behind Sir Gareth's. He wasn't one of Dracos Kingdom's top 10 knights for nothing. His role wasn't just to teach me swordsmanship but to refine my overall fighting abilities.

As we sparred, we refrained from using our innate abilities. I had yet to awaken mine, with my awakening ceremony scheduled for a month from now. In our world, every person who reaches the age of 16 awakens their unique innate ability, a rite of passage that marks their transition into full adulthood and power.

After four hours of grueling training, it was finally 10 o'clock, and Sir Gareth allowed me to leave the training ground. My muscles were sore, and sweat dripped from every inch of my body, but I felt a satisfying sense of accomplishment. My mana core was currently at the 3rd stage, a level that was impressive for someone my age, though my older sister Lilith had surpassed me with her 4th stage mana core, while my younger sister was at the 2nd stage, about to reach the 3rd stage. The overall combat ability in our world was determined by the stage of one's mana core, hand-to-hand combat skills, magical prowess, and innate ability.

I made my way to the bathing chambers, where the maids were already waiting to attend to me. Their efficient hands helped me wash off the grime and sweat of training. I relaxed in the bathtub, letting the warm water soothe my aching muscles as the maids scrubbed my entire body with practiced ease. Their gentle touch was a stark contrast to the rough training I had endured, and I allowed myself to unwind for the next half hour.

Once I was clean and refreshed, I dressed quickly in attire suitable for my next engagement. With a renewed sense of energy, I headed towards one of the halls where my magic teacher, Miss Celine, awaited me. My fascination with the magic of this world had only grown over time. The ability to convert mana into virtually anything was a marvel, limited only by one's knowledge and imagination. It was a realm of endless possibilities, where the only true barrier was the scope of one's creativity and understanding.
