Chapter 3 - Chapter 2: The Farewell Lesson

I knocked on the door of the study room, which was quite big. A feminine, charming voice answered, "Come in." I opened the door, and my gaze was immediately drawn to her beautiful blue eyes. The first time I saw her, I was mesmerized by those eyes, but now I was used to it. I smiled and greeted her, "You look as beautiful as always, Teacher."

She was in her mid-twenties, with blue eyes and long, flowing blue hair. Her cherry red lips seemed to beg for a kiss, and she had a charming, elegant body. Her name was Roxanne, and she wore a long, flowing blue dress. I guessed blue was her favorite color. She exuded an elegant aura.

"Are you trying to flirt with your teacher?" she said with a hint of amusement. Though she spoke lightly, I could see she appreciated the compliment.

"I only speak the truth, Teacher," I replied, looking directly into her eyes.

She was sitting on one of the two chairs directly opposite where I made my way. Between us was a table, on top of which were various books on magic.

"Let's start with today's lesson," she said as she opened one of the books somewhere in the middle. According to her, a mage could do anything with mana; everything depended on their knowledge and creativity. She was slightly stronger than Sir Gareth, even though she fell behind him in terms of physical aspects. Despite Sir Gareth's extensive knowledge of magic, he was nowhere near Roxanne's level.

After she finished the lesson, I said, "Teacher, this is my last class. I think I've learned a lot from you, but I don't want to spend my whole life inside the castle."

"What are you planning to do? Become an adventurer?" she asked as if she had read my mind.

"Something like that. I want to live my life and enjoy it," I said.

She looked at me and said, "But your awakening ceremony is a month from now."

"Well, it's not like someone needs a ceremony to awaken their ability. The ability awakens on its own; it's just a fancy party for rich people to flaunt their wealth," I replied.

"But you are a prince. The nobles will be looking forward to that day," she said.

"I'll just see it when the day comes," I replied.

"Does your mother know about this?" she asked.

"I'll tell her today," I answered.

"What if she disagrees? We all know how protective she is of you," she said.

I smiled and said, "I'll just run away and come back whenever I want."

She smiled back and said, "Alright if that's what you want to do."

"I'll miss you," I said.

"You can come to the mage tower whenever you want to see me. I'll always be there," she replied.

"Can I kiss you?" I suddenly let my intrusive thoughts out, but there was no going back now.

"What are you saying?" she blushed and said in embarrassment.

"Well, you know how I feel about you, right?" I said directly to her, to which she replied, "No, we're student and teacher, we can't do that."

She said this while avoiding my gaze, but I could feel she liked me. I stood up from my chair and approached her where she was sitting. I took her hand in mine and made her stand on her feet. She was looking away, but I held her chin and turned her towards me. She was still avoiding my gaze.

"Look at me," I said to her, and she finally turned her gaze towards me. Her heartbeat was racing, but so was mine.

"We shouldn't do this," she said in a barely audible voice, but she made no effort to escape from me. I held her waist and pulled her closer to me. She was quite shorter than me, so I lifted her up, held the back of her neck, and moved my lips closer to hers. She still made no effort to struggle. She was breathing heavily. I gave her all the chances to escape, but she didn't. Finally, I took her lips. Her soft lips felt amazing to me. She was quite inexperienced, so I took the lead and invaded her mouth with my tongue, starting a battle with her tongue.

She responded hesitantly at first, but then began to follow my lead, her hands gripping my shoulders tightly. The kiss deepened, and I could feel the intensity of her emotions mirroring my own. After what felt like an eternity, we finally pulled apart, both of us breathing heavily.

Her face was flushed, and she looked up at me with a mixture of confusion and longing. "Ryan... we really shouldn't have done that," she whispered, though her words lacked conviction.

I smiled down at her, brushing a strand of hair from her face. "Maybe not, but it felt right," I replied softly.

She bit her lip, seemingly at war with herself, but finally she sighed and nodded. "Just... be careful out there, okay? And don't forget to come back."

"I promise," I said, giving her one last lingering kiss before stepping back. "I'll see you soon."

With that, I left the study room, my heart racing with the thrill of what had just happened. She had been attracted to me from the start; I could feel it in the way she interacted with me every day. I also liked her—she was a beautiful woman, kind, and intelligent.

I didn't want her to forget about me, especially since I wouldn't be seeing her for quite some time. But I also didn't want to rush things with her, so I didn't go further than a kiss. That kiss was enough to convey my feelings and to let her know that I cherished her.

After the kiss, my 'Dragon' is still standing I don't wanna masturbate like what I did in my previous life.

I went directly to Rose's room, which was conveniently located beside mine. She opened the door and looked at me curiously. "Do you need something?" she asked.

I stepped closer to her, lowering my voice to a near whisper. "Come to my room tonight and wear something nice," I said, my eyes locking with hers. With that, I turned and left, leaving her standing in the doorway, visibly dazed.

Even she knew what that meant. As a maid, it was her duty to fulfill her master's needs. I didn't want my first time to be with just any maid; it had to be with Rose. I have known her since childhood.
