Author's POV
After changing Petal into his t-shirt, he tucked her into bed. Sebastian turned off the lights and sat on the sofa in the corner. He was still mad at her. How can she think of running away from me? You're in big trouble, my flower. I'll punish you even if it makes you hate me, he thought to himself as he sat there watching Petal. After an hour, Petal started to regain consciousness.
She moved her body and got comfortable on the soft mattress, snuggling into the pillow. She felt like she was sleeping on clouds. Mattress? How? I was in a taxi. How come I'm sleeping? She came out of her trance and opened her eyes.Everything was dark. She squinted her eyes and was lifting her hand to rub them, but she found her left hand shackled by handcuffs. She tried to free her hands from the bedpost but to no avail. Then again, she squinted her eyes and rubbed them with her free right hand.
She looked at the window, the moonlight illuminating the room. She could only see the moonlight; everything else was dark in the room. As she roamed her eyes around, her gaze fell on a silhouette in the corner on the sofa. She could see his blue eyes shining in the moonlight. There he sat like a king, placing his right leg on his left.
As she was looking at him, suddenly she saw his face, which was hard with a clenched jaw.But then all the memories appeared one by one—what happened when she tried to run away and before she passed out. But still, she pretended like she didn't know anything and started, "What am I doing here? Let me go, Sebastian." This made him fume with anger.
He got up from his seat, and with heavy footsteps, he turned on the light. The room lit up, and the sudden brightness made Petal close her eyes. She had been in the dark for so long that the sudden light hurt her eyes. She opened her eyes and adjusted to the light. When she was completely adjusted to the atmosphere, her eyes fell on the shadow hovering over her. She looked, and there, at the edge of the bed, Sebastian stood in all his glory—hands in pockets, clenched jaw, disheveled hair, and bloodshot eyes staring at her or her body. Wait, staring at me? She followed his gaze and found that he was staring at her thighs, which were exposed because the quilt had slid down while she was trying to free herself from the handcuffs.
Her eyes widened when she noticed what she was wearing. Hurriedly, she covered herself with the quilt using her free hand. Why am I wearing this? Who changed my clothes? Where are my clothes? Then she felt that she wasn't wearing a bra. Questions arose one by one in her mind. She looked everywhere in the room for her clothes, but there were no traces. Then again, her inner voice screamed at her, Ask him everything. He doesn't have the right to touch you.
"Where are my clothes? What did you do to me, you bastard?" she screamed at him, unaware of where this might lead her. She didn't even think she'd get into big trouble. When she didn't get any reply, she looked up toward him. His silence made her even angrier. "Who changed my clothes? Can you fucking spit something out from your mouth?" she yelled at him again.
"I did," replied Sebastian calmly. She was shocked to hear him. How can he say that without any guilt? "Why did you do that? You don't have any fucking right to touch me, you bastard!" she shouted in anger. This made him lose his patience. He rounded the bed and came near her. She got scared of him and moved back until her back hit the bedpost. She wanted to run away from his predatory gaze.
He came near her. She felt his breath fanning her forehead. She didn't dare to look up. He slowly moved his hand and traced her cheek with his finger. Suddenly, she felt pain in her jaw as he held it in a tight grip. "Don't swear at me, little girl. I don't like it," he said calmly but with a clenched jaw. Her jaw hurt because of his grip, and she tried to scratch his hand to free herself from him but failed miserably.
"Go away, you a****le," she said with puckered lips. This made him reach his limit. The next thing she felt was a sting as her face turned to the side. Sebastian had slapped her. It caused her lip to cut at the edge, and blood oozed from her lips. She slowly turned her head and looked at him, horrified, with wide eyes.
"I said not to swear, didn't I? You don't get to yell at me when you're guilty."After listening to him, rage took over her. "I'm not guilty of anything I did. I just want to go—" her words were cut off by Sebastian as he captured her lips for a kiss. He didn't consider that her lips were bleeding. He nibbled her lips with his teeth, licking them and tasting the metallic flavor of her blood. She hissed in pain, but Sebastian didn't leave her. His hands roamed her body, sliding inside the t-shirt she was wearing. His cold fingers roamed all over her, and she started to struggle when she felt his cold fingers on her warm skin.
She struggled to free her bound hands, which caused bruises on her wrist. His kiss wasn't gentle; it felt like he was punishing her. He traced his tongue over her lips, seeking access to her mouth, but she didn't give in. She sealed her lips. A growl left his mouth, but then he groped her breast and pinched her nipples hard, which made her gasp. He took the opportunity and plunged his tongue into her mouth, devouring every corner. While he was devouring her mouth, his hands roamed her soft skin, feeling the softness against his hard, calloused hand.
The kiss was so addictive that he didn't think about Petal. Petal hit him with her free hand to let him know that she was out of breath, but he didn't budge. Sebastian was enjoying it so much that he didn't realize she didn't know how to kiss. It was getting hard for Petal to breathe now, her lungs burning due to a lack of oxygen. Sebastian was unknowingly sucking the life out of her.Her head started to feel heavy, her eyes rolled back, and she passed out in his embrace again.
Sebastian was so engrossed in kissing her that when he didn't feel any movement or struggle from her, he let go of her lips, and she fell unconscious in his arms. Fuck, he cursed himself. He left a kiss on her forehead and tucked her into bed.His eyes fell on her bruised wrist. He went to the bathroom, brought a first aid kit, and treated her wounds. He unlocked the cuffs from her left hand, and this time, he cuffed her right hand.
He turned off the lights and went downstairs. Petal's luggage caught his eye. He took her purse and started to go through it. He found a plane ticket, passport, her phone, and some of her necessity items.
He unlocked her phone to see many missed calls from her father. He redialed his number and said, "Hello?"
