With a strange smile on his face, Flynn slowly explained, "In fact, it is very simple, a hybrid, 'naturally' born between a high level Norexian and an Angel or Elf, might be able to become a perfect cure for the Norexians."
"....."
As soon as his words fell, there was silence in the whole conference room, a deathly silence. Flynn patiently waited for them to digest his words. After a long time, someone finally broke the silence.
"Do you know what you are talking about?" Morcelo uttered in a dumbfounded manner, after all, this request was simply outrageous. Not to mention having hybrid born from the Angels or Elves, he highly doubts if the Galactic Alliance will even let them get close to these precious races.
Over a millennium ago, various races, both frail and formidable, were on the verge of extinction due to extremely low birth rates. To prevent the total annihilation of their kind, four prominent races united to establish a new nation known as the Galactic Alliance.
Among these races were the Elves and Angels, Among these races were the Elves and Angels, who played crucial roles in this coalition. Eventually, a secondary differentiation emerged, providing a solution to their critical situation.
However, Angels and Elves are still considered very precious, not only because of their mental counseling, but also because of their sparse population, especially in case of Angels.
At present, the Elves make up just over 10% of the entire Galactic Alliance population, while the Angels are a mere fraction, accounting for less than 1% of the total.
"I don't think Alliance will be a big problem in this matter." Flynn said this while looking at Sebastian, who is incharge of the foreign affairs of the Empire.
Others also understood his implications and stopped worrying. There was no verbal battle, that their Chancellor could not win.
Flynn also briefly explained his research, "According to my reasearch, as long as these hybrids inherit both dark and healing abilities, they will not only be able to escape the disaster of mental outburst, but will also be able to perfectly resonate with the our mental power and heal them."
"I can understand having an offspring with Elves, after all, there were indeed a few hybrids born in the past, but an angel obviously cannot have a child with someone of dark attribute." Verona couldn't help but raise her doubt.
In fact, before the Galactic Alliance was formed, there were some rare Angel and demon couples. However, after the formation of this nation, the relationship between both races become even more tense which completely cut off the last connection between angels and dark races.
Flynn was obviously aware of this fact, "Marshal Verona is indeed right, both Elves and Angles are completely different races in the end. Elves ability is to heal, while Angels on the other hand, don't just heal but also purify. So, their resistant towards dark attributes is also much higher."
Arwan, who had been silently listening to Flynn's report, spoke with a deep voice, "Then, on what bases are you saying that a hybrid can be born between Angels and dark races?"
"Your Majesty, I recently found some ancient records, which stated that some angels were able to concieve the offspring of demons. All these angels had one thing in common, their soul had been marked by their respective partners, which is similar to the permanent mark between Alpha and Omega today."
Now this was the second time, all of them were silenced by Flynn's outrageous remarks.
"Are you crazy?!" Jaden, who was usuallythe most happy go lucky person couldn't help but look at Flynn speechlessly. These were the words of everyone in the meeting. Now they understood what it meant when Flynn said that they will have to pay a price.
"What is the probability of success?" Even after hearing such an outrageous thing, Arwen asked without any fluctuation on his face.
"Your Majesty, if it is an Elf, then the success rate is nearly 60%, and if it's an Angel, then the chances of success are higher than 90%." Flynn stated calmly.
This rate was enough to move any citizen Norex Empire, after all, if there is a way to live, then who will be willing to die. Someone finally couldn't help but ask.
"So, where to start from?"
"If I am not wrong, the Azure Light Academy is soon going to open, isn't it?
....
"Azure Light Academy? Okay, I will think about it..." Imanuel hung up the call after a polite greeting.
He was sitting on the bed dressed in comfortable home attire that consisted of a soft, oversized t-shirt and well-worn sweatpants, the fabric gently hugging his body. His long hair, usually cascading down his back, was gathered into a loose bun at the nape of his neck.
In his hands, he held a mini silver tab like device. The soft glow from the device cast a radiant light on his exceptionally beautiful features, accentuating the sharp angles of his jawline. His striking crystal blue eyes were focused intently on a medical report displayed on the screen.
It wasn't until his eyes begin to feel heavy that he finally took his eyes off from the screen and stepped out of his room.
Unlike the luxurious Anderson Manor, Imanuel's home exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere that wrapped around him like a comforting embrace. Soft, ambient lighting illuminated the cozy living room with an open kitchen.
This apartment was quite small compared to the big Anderson manner, but it was a place where he could truly be himself, free from the expectations and pressures that accompanied the high society of the manor.
"Master, do you wanna eat something?~"
Hearing this sweet lolita voice, Imanuel looked at the source and sure enough, it was his domestic robot.
"Bubble, why did you change your voice again?" Imanuel said as he loooked at the little robot.
"Master, this is the voice voted as the most sweetest voice on the starnet.~~"
The corners of his mouth twitched after hearing this,"What is up with those starnet surfers? How twisted can they be?"
"Anyways, please cook some food for me. And please stop calling me Master." Imanuel said while gritting his teeth. Hearing this overly sweet childish voice calling him 'Master', he felt like a pedophile.
"But Master~ It can calm your nerves if you listen to this voice.~"
"No! It does not work at all, I still like your previous voice."
When bubble processed what Imanuel said, the small display screen on its round head showed a cute emotional expression, "Ow! Boss still loves the original bubble. Bubble is so happy!"
Looking at Bubble who only lacked a handkerchief to wipe its non-existent tears, he finally felt relived. Even though it was a bit dramatic, but still better than a cringe lolita.
"Boss! What would you like eat!? Bubble is at your service!" Responding with a cheerful tone, Bubble went to open kitchen.
"Just make something light for me."
"Okay! Boss!" Bubble's small body, which could barely reach the counter, extended automatically as he started making food.
Imanuel took out fruit juice from the refrigerator and went to the living room.
Sitting on the sofa with nothing to do, he couldn't help, but think about what happened in the past few days. Just a week ago, he came back to the Capital planet to return that premium card. Even though, Edan wanted to stop him that day, but he still left from there without hesitation.
He doesn't know if it is because he met Liam, he actually retrieved all the remaining memories from his past life.
