After everyone else summoned their familiars, it was their turn. Amon, Jeanne, Ross, and Alexander's turn finally came after what seemed like an eternity, although it was only thirty minutes of waiting. The Homeroom Professor of the Elite Class, Celestia Greenwood, graded every group and was honestly satisfied. This year, there were no students whose Summons were below C Grade, which was a big achievement on its own. There have been numerous rumours about Celestia that she expelled an entire class on the first day of the Academy just because they were 'unworthy' in her opinion. To ordinary people, it would seem like she's selfish and arrogant, but that was far from the case. Celestia preferred hard work over natural talent and despised those arrogant about their gifted talents from birth or their luxury.
Ross was now standing near the Summoning Circle he drew, chanting the Summoning Spell. The Summoning Circle started lighting up as he was nearing the end of chanting the spell, and when he was done, the Summoning Circle was engulfed in a bright light. A woman stood in the middle of the circle when the light had subsided. She was a nine-tailed fox wearing a very short and sexy maid outfit, and she had a voluptuous body. The woman had a pale complexion, light brown hair and maroon-red eyes glowing ominously. Overall, she looked quite beautiful and enchanting.
"Who dares to summon me?" She spoke ominously as she looked around herself. Everyone, including Celestia, was shocked to see Ross summon something like this. Jeanne and Alexander, who were calm from the start, were also shocked. Seeing their stunned expressions, A mischievous smile appeared on the fox woman's face, which alarmed most students. "Ross, congratulations on summoning an S Tier Summon, but you'll have to fight it and submit it to you." Celestia calmly explained as she cast a barrier around the other students so they didn't get hurt during the fight. As for Amon and his group, she protectively stood in front of them. "Professor, You can't ask Ross to fight such a powerful summon like that." Amon frowned upon Celestia's statement. Before anyone could do anything, the fox woman charged at the group and the Professor, but she noticed a particular person missing from there.
"Surprise!" Ross had appeared behind the nine-tailed fox woman, and before she could do anything, Ross neck-chopped her and knocked her out cold. "Honestly, fighting is completely unnecessary when you can just do this! Hahaha!" Ross gave a hearty laugh as he started binding the nine-tailed fox woman with a special type of rope. "Gotta make sure she doesn't cause a scene, so I am tying her up with the 'Unbreakable Lasso'!" It was remarkable how positively he said those words, as if he was doing something which he does regularly. "I am impressed, Ross Thoumeax," Celestia remarked calmly; a hint of compliment was mixed with it. "Now, be careful when taming it. Anyways…" She turned to Amon and the rest of the group, who were still quite astonished by Ross's actions. Amon tried to remember what an 'Unbreakable Lasso' was but was interrupted when Celestia let out a fake cough to grab their attention.
"Ahem… Well then, let's see what the rest of you summon." She spoke calmly.
After that exchange, Alexander and Jeanne summoned their familiars simultaneously. Jeanne had summoned a 'Phoenix of Wisdom,' an S Grade Summon that allows its master to possess precognition for a short period. The Phoenix also amplifies its master's Elemental Magic Affinity tremendously and can heal its master and its allies. Its healing can restore the fatalities of wounds within mere seconds. According to Celestia, Jeanne's Summon has other abilities, and Jeanne will have to discover her Summon's hidden skills shortly. Almost everyone admired her summon, including Amon, which made her heart swell with love for him but not so much for the others. She didn't even care about the other's praises or their gazes of admiration.
As for Alexander, His summon was a pig with wings. Most people found it quite funny and fascinating to see a flying pig. After all, it's not something you see every day. But Celestia's explanation about Alexander's Summon stupefied everyone. The funny and cute-looking flying pig was a Grade Summon called 'Fairy Pig' and could nullify any opponent's attack directed towards its master. The nullifying effect only works if the opponent is ill-intent toward the master. It also makes its master immune to any injury related to falls. If Alexander were to jump off the tallest cliff in the Riversong Kingdom, He wouldn't sustain any injury thanks to his Summon's ability. The 'Fairy Pig' also makes its master invulnerable to anything related to Dark Magic.
"It's now Amon's turn and isn't he the strongest in that group?" The other classmates began murmuring among themselves. "Yeah, He is and it wouldn't be surprising for him to summon an S Grade Familiar as well."
It was exciting to try and predict what Amon's summon might be. They started theorizing about Amon summoning a giant fire dragon as his summon or a bird which eats space, etc. Everyone was excited to see what Amon was going to summon. And it makes sense since his group has summoned some pretty interesting familiars for themselves. Celestia, a cold and strict homeroom professor, was also intrigued to see what Amon would summon. After all, it's been quite a while since she's seen such an exciting batch of students in her class.
Most of the students managed to summon familiars ranging from B Grade to A Grade, with most of Amon's group summoning S Class Summons or Familiars. Getting a B Grade is something considered to be very incredible for beginners.
'I don't have to expel anyone this year and I am grateful for it. It seems like I've finally gotten students that are truly worthy of the Elite Class.' Celestia thought to herself as she glanced around her students.
"Amon Von Crown, it's your turn now! If you get a familiar below C Grade-"She spoke in her usual cold tone but was cut off midway. "Geez, How many times do you have to repeat that?" Amon yawned as he stepped towards the Summoning Circle lazily. "I enrolled in this Academy so as not to get expelled, Professor. And you're acting like I am trying my best to get expelled."
Everyone was caught off-guard by Amon's bluntness, especially Ross. Because Amon was telling Alexander not to call Celestia an 'orphan who didn't get any Christmas gifts' and here, he was speaking bluntly to her. "… Just know that you're getting expelled if you get a Summon below B Grade." Celestia shot a cold look at Amon.
"Whaaat? Isn't that kind of steep?!" Amon frowned at Celestia's words. "It appears to me that you're trying to make me do tasks in which, according to you, I am bound to fail and you could use that excuse to expel me!"
A vein had popped on Celestia's temples. 'This Amon brat!' She thought to herself as she stared at Amon with a cold expression.
"Is the Summoning necessary? Because I already have a Summon of my own." Amon smiled devilishly. Looking at his expression, Ross was thinking of how evil his smile looked and how it was befitting for someone who was a villain. If only he knew about what Amon's purpose was.
'I swore that I would do everything to ruin this shitty novel's plot and it may seem like a stupid move to reveal one of my valuable treasures, it's actually the best possible move. Because if I somehow summon a Familiar which is below S Grade then it wouldn't be nice at all.' Amon's devilish smile only widened as he thought to himself. 'After all, if I take all of Seraphina's spotlight and interfere in all of the moments where she's going to shine and make Sophia fall for her, then it's bound to ruin the plot. And if I add in some other spicy stuff like completely outclassing Seraphina to the point where she's just a fucking side character… Ahhhhhh… it feels great to be a Final Boss who's smart!'
"A Summon of your own, you say? If you really do have a Summon of your own then could kindly care to show us that Summon of yours?" Celestia spoke in a cold but mocking manner as she stared at Amon, challenging him to prove his words.
"Has he finally lost his mind?" Alexander questioned in his usual tone. "Making such a claim of having a Summon beforehand seems nothing but deceptive stuff, if you ask me."
Ross sighed as he heard Alexander's words. "I will have to agree with you on that one, Blade. You normally get summons on your first day at any academy. Drawing a Summoning Circle is something complicated. Even with all the instructions I read from the 'Guide to Summons, 1st Year', I almost messed up our Summoning Circle drawing." Ross explained calmly. "And it's an abnormal, no… an outrageous claim for someone to have a Summon even before they've started their academic experience."
Amon's claim had left everyone questioning his words. Usually, everyone gets their Summons on their first day at the Academy/College. In this world, Summons are considered a complicated subject, and those who have Summons above or equivalent to A Grade are considered some of the most talented individuals of their era. But to have a Summon or Familiar, You need to join an Academy/College.
"And Amou, I know that you've been tampering with my memories since the beginning; stop doing that or I'll stop letting you read all of the Eroge Comics and Fanfictions from my memories!" Amon scolded Amou in the 'Telepathy Call.' Telepathy Call is a mind spell which allows Summons and Masters to communicate with each other through their thoughts. "Huuuuh?!? How did you figure out that I was tampering with your memories!!!" Amou gasped in shock within the Telepathy Call. "Do you take me for a fool or something? All of it started right after I summoned you! Not being able to remember crucial information at perilous times, and stuff… All of it started after I summoned you!" Amon accused Amou in a comedically annoyed tone during the telepathy call. "U-Uh… I-It was j-just a prank?-"Amou stammered while she tried to defend herself, but it was useless as her words further fueled Amon's annoyance. "You fucking perverted piece of shit!"
Amon's harsh words seemed to have sent Amou into a despair-like state, and Amon realized it after he got no response from Amou. "Amou, I have said this when we met for the first time, and I'll repeat it. If you aren't going to be useful to me then I'd replace something useful with you. And so far, you haven't done anything useful except for overseeing my training before I attended this prestigious Academy. I am giving you a last chance. If you fail this time then we'll part our ways." Amon's cold words made it clear to Amou that he was dead serious. "... I'll never disappoint you again, Master." Amou's voice cracked a bit while saying those words. After those words, the Telepathy Net was cut off.
'You have to act like an absolute trash to get what you want. After all, being the good guy isn't the solution to every one of your problems. And if I get a good looking girl to obey my orders by being an absolute shithead, it's a win-win situation for me!' In his mind, Amon smiled devilishly while he thought.
"And he's making that face again… Honestly, what's going on in his head?" Alexander sighed as he turned to his familiar and gently caressed it. The 'Fairy Pig' seemed to enjoy the attention it was getting from its master. As for Ross, he was trying to figure out why Amon was smiling like that. However, Jeanne was slightly different.
'Hmmm… There's definitely something wrong… I am not worried about Amon's claim because it's absurd for him to have a Summon…' She thought to herself. 'According to my sources, Amon was the 'Useless Son' of the Crown Family. And somehow, he changed completely… to the point where he became like this… A person who took down a mastermind criminal within some hours without breaking a sweat and managed to pass the Entrance Exam of 'R.S. Advanced Academy' with record-breaking marks…'
Jeanne slowly started to walk towards Amon, her eyes never leaving him. She felt an overwhelming sense of affection for him in her heart, but her mind knew otherwise.
'Why do I feel such absurd feelings for him… We haven't even interacted properly… And why did I think trying to control him using the 'Kiss Charm' spell would work? He is the son of that damn Emilia Von Crown…' Jeanne gritted her teeth as she approached Amon slowly.
Amon, seeing Jeanne approach him, had a sudden realization. He had remembered something crucial related to the plot of 'Forbidden Love Between Two Maidens.'
'Wait… Jeanne Nova… SHE IS ANOTHER ANTAGONIST OF 'Forbidden Love Between Two Maidens'! Jeanne Nova is the head of the Donzequel Occult Society, responsible for various criminal activities and the most feared organization on the continent. In the Novel, She enrolls in the 'R.S. Advanced Academy' to eliminate Sophia Von Crown, the next successor of the Crown Family, to destroy the Crown Family. She also targeted the female lead, Seraphina, because she was growing 'close' with Sophia.' Amon was now chanting the spell to summon one's tamed familiar while contemplating. 'And she did that make-out session with me long enough for the 'Kiss Charm' spell to work on me, but it never did as I have resistance to spells that can manipulate one's mind, thanks to Amou. But Jeanne's Body Language suggests that the 'Mark of Temptation' did its job on her.'
The Homeroom Professor, Celestia Greenwood, was initially going to stop Sophia but chose not to do so because she wanted to see what Jeanne had in mind for Amon. Whatever Jeanne had in her mind would definitely put on a show.
Everyone felt an overwhelming aura after Amon had finished chanting the spell. It was coming from Amou, standing right behind Amon with a cold look on her face. She was wearing her usual dress of a nun; a tight dress with a slit up the right side exposing her leg and a large white habit similar to a hood with a large white necklace wrapped around it. Her tight clothes accentuated her beautiful body. The most notable feature about Amou was her Two massive white and red-lined curved horns extending from the sides of her head through her white habit.
"I, the Great Primordial Beast of Lust, have heeded your call and made an appearance… Master… Tell me what you wish, and I will obey all of it…" Amou spoke in a sophisticated tone as she knelt on one of her knees and bowed down to Amon. Amon, however, seemed to think that this sort of thing was unnecessary every time he summoned her.
"Sheesh, Do you really have to do that introduction every time I summon you?" Amon chuckled nervously as he glanced back at everyone else from the corner of his eye, and it was clear that everyone had their jaws dropped out of shock. A fearsome being such as the 'Primordial Beast of Lust' serving someone is absurd. Everyone, including Jeanne and Celestia, was shocked beyond belief.
"Amon Von Crown… do you have any idea…" Celestia somehow managed to speak, breaking out of her shocked state. "… what you have tamed…?"
"Of course! I tamed one of the most fearsome beings in this entire world, The 'Primordial Beast of Lust.' What more is there to it? If you're going to talk about how dangerous Amou is, then I suggest you don't. I am aware of the risks of summoning such a fearsome being, as I am familiar with. After all…" Amon smiled calmly. "I don't give a fuck about those risks. And I'll happily crush the souls of those who dare to endanger anyone or anything precious to me."
