After prayer and breakfast, we our daily chores and went fishing with the kids.
While fishing, I was thinking seriously of the kids. It's been 3 months now since the report of the kidnappings began. 8 kids have been reported missing, including some of our friends. What is their motive? Why kids? Why also the stabbings?
Wait. Kids.
Kids. Damonites.
Beta is Damon. They're torturing kids! They're torturing kids as some kind of sacrifice for Beta!
Stabbings. I remember Damonites in my world also stab people a lot. We did not find the reason why they did so. Why do they stab people? What's their motive? Why do they keep them alive?
I close my eyes. Time to get some answers. I prayed again and asked why the Damonites stabbed people and kidnap, appearing to be random.
After a while, a got some answers.

My son, I can only tell you some things, as I cannot meddle with the affairs of men directly as it would break the rule of free will. So listen carefully.
Evil hates good. They delight in pain, suffering and despair. They torture good people hoping that they would fall to despair and make them hate me. More so towards blessed people. Stick together so that the love and faith within you will be strengthened so that you cannot be shaken. Rebuke evil and it shall flee from you. What you are fighting is not just physical war but spiritual war. If they cannot break you spiritually, then that's the time they will attack you with force.
I sent you this planet, because it's a new planet. A planet that I have visited and blessed myself in the past. It seems that Damon is working overtime, to destroy what I love. Find my followers, join forces and drive the enemy back.

After receiving the message. I thank the Lord for the answer. It really is nice if you have the Lord at your side. I'm saddened for the Damon followers, they have been deceived. Deceived by power, lust and money and immortality.
I sighed, feeling depressed. Was there anything that I could have done differently? Should I have revealed myself to my parents early on? I stared to the river blankly, deep in thought.
"Something in your mind son?" Asked Father.
I told him my worries, telling him my regret on not revealing myself to them early on. I could have moved faster, should have moved faster. I made excuses of being a kid to myself, relying on the town folks to find the children. I have learned from this and would not forget.
My father was silent for awhile. "Thank you for telling this to me son. Your mother and I are also guilty of this, relying on the townsfolks to save the children. I guess we can all learn something from this experience."
"I guess, the reason that I didn't make a move was I was a soldier in my past life, used to following orders. Not making a move without one. I have no excuse for that now. From now on, if there is a problem, I will make sure that I will move swiftly and decisively. There is no time to waste when the lives of others is at hand." I said firmly.
"We would search for the followers of Alpha and form a strong team. We would need to work together as a unit, find more allies and spread our influence. Who knows how many children have been kidnapped. How many have been tortured or killed."
"I'm glad that the Damonites have not made a move to attack us right now. I will teach you the ways of the Peacekeepers as well, the Old ways, so that you are able to protect yourself from them in the future. By the way, what's the history of this planet by the way? I forgot to ask Vi with all that has been going on lately."
"According to Legends, this planet was created by the God Alpha and he lived among us for a while, teaching us to love one another and promote peace with one another. Temples were created to Honor Alpha. He also warned us not to do evil, otherwise Damon the Adversary will take our souls and torture us in Hels. Then He left.
"We don't know how long we have lived in this planet. As you can see, the Temples of Alpha have now been abandoned and left in ruins and his name changed to Beta. God Alpha's followers have now gone into hiding and being persecuted for holding steadfast to our belief. I still can't believe we have all fallen for it." Father said grimly.
"Don't worry father, we will work together to save this planet. Before I leave, I will make sure that you have a fighting chance."
Father nodded and let out a deep sigh.
We got a long day ahead.
