Naruto walks to Ichiraku Ramen with a smile on his face as he walks in he sees some of the customers get up and walk out with looks of disgust then he says hi to Teuchi and his daughter Ayame who tell him a happy birthday.
Naruto then sits down and starts destroying his ramen eating like an Akimichi on his tenth bowl he calls it quits and starts getting ready to leave and on his way home he sees an angry mob running towards him with hate in their eyes Naruto then starts running for his life.
Now back in the present time Naruto currently is in a bad situation he is at a dead end with nowhere to go in the mob there are some shinobi so he can't fight them because it will make it worse so he decides to try and talk to then Naruto then says "that he didn't do anything wrong." But the villagers yell in outrage " Shut up demon brat you killed are families And loved ones we are going to finish what the fourth started." Naruto then tries to make some shadow clones to help him escape but the shinobi in the mob destroy all of The clones. Then the villagers start beating Naruto to a bloody pulp, cutting him with kunai.
The villagers with happy smiles on their faces say " This is payback demon brat for all the harm you have done to the village for all the people you have killed." Then the villagers decide to put an end to the demon once and for all. But then they feel a killing intent behind them.
Itachi left home to invite Naruto to dinner and give him a birthday present. However, when he arrived at Naruto's house, it was empty. Itachi then remembered that Mikoto gave money to Naruto to go to Ichiraku Ramen. He went there and found out from Tuechi that Naruto had left about 20 minutes ago.
Itachi then gets a sudden realization that today is Naruto's birthday which means the villagers are probably trying to kill Naruto right now so he goes and starts looking all over the village until he gets to the outskirts and hears a scream when he enters the ally he sees something that enrages him It is Naruto bloody and bruised barley alive and one of the village getting ready to finish him. Itachi then loses It and starts massacring the villagers he then checks on Naruto and takes him to the hospital as quickly as possible.
