"So based on our tests, it shows that your mom is low on sugar and has been going through a whole lot of stress. I'll prescribe drugs that you should buy for her and make sure she gets some rest" Dr Anastasia said, explaining why Mom has slumped suddenly.
"Oh, thank you very much," I said, thanking her.
"Your mom will be discharged soon, she'll be discharged today as soon as she wakes up," she said, assuring me.
"Alright, thank you so much,"
"If you don't mind, we could hang out sometime if you're not too busy," she said, handing over her business card.
I stretched out my arm to collect the business card.
"I'll reach out to you, when I'm free" I said, grinning.
I watched her walk away, as I went back into the ward room, surprised to see my mom awake. Her brown eyes that were beautifully looking at me and a frail smile that displayed on her face.
