It was 12:00 am when the long drive finally came to an end. Here I was standing right in front of the mansion all over again. I ignored security details that were around and walked into house. The maids were all lined up in two lines in their blue and white uniforms, with their heads facing the ground. Don't they ever get tired?
"Welcome back home, Mrs Cassandra," they all said in unison.
"We're all at your service,"they chorused, bowing down.
I just stood there speechless not knowing what to say to them, this felt too weird for me. I watched Selena walk in between the two lined up maids, walking up to me in her special maid uniform, that was black and white it differentiated her from the other maid as she is the chief maid. She continued walking, till she got in front of me, looking at me sternly.
