As soon opened his eyelids, El woke up from sleep, had returned from subconsciousness. El found the scenery of the walls, ceiling and floor of the carriage on the train had been distorted into living flesh slowly.
Everything became flesh, the windows of the train car. There, the passengers were still asleep due to Enmu's Blood Demon Art and they would not wake up for some time to come.
"Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke and Zenitsu are not here. Apparently, I'm the last to wake up. This should be the fourth car from the front." El muttered looking around.
In addition to seeing the passengers, El also saw that the box containing Nezuko had been opened and the four Enmu recruits in the corner of the carriage, three of them were unconscious, and one was a young man who was cowering.
Drawing his sword, El got up from his seat and walked towards Enmu's four recruits.
Suddenly, the Eye patch strap on the left eye came off, revealing the brownish-black iris of El's left eye.
The left eye had become normal, Six Tomoe Rinnegan was gone, as if it had never existed before.

The gentle whisper of the system notification wind slightly echoed in his mind. "Hmm? Did my Six Tomoe Rinnegu transform?"

The young man raised his head, revealing a pale face with black bags under his eyes.
"If I remember correctly, the nameless young man was the one who entered Tanjiro's subconscious." El muttered.
In the Kimetsu no Yaiba anime or manga, the unnamed young man was the one who had entered Tanjiro's subconscious.
The young man was suffering from tuberculosis and his life was no longer long.
Initially, the young man had bad intentions of killing Tanjiro, his method was to destroy the spiritual core of Tanjiro's consciousness.
However, now this ailing young man had no more ill intentions. At first, this young man thought hurting others was not a problem for him. As long as he could escape the pain of an incurable disease, anything would do.
But because of what he saw in Tanjiro's subconscious, his good nature returned.
Inside Tanjiro's subconscious was very warm, the atmosphere was very calm and comfortable. In stark contrast to El's subconscious which was like an endless nightmare hell.
What's more, there were some glowing dwarves. The shining dwarves were the embodiment of Tanjiro's kindness.
When some glowing dwarves guessed the original purpose of the youth seeking Tanjiro's spiritual core, they led the youth to find Tanjiro's spiritual core.
As the spiritual core was engulfed in a warm glow, the youth could do nothing but cower and regret.
Suddenly, Tanjiro awoke and the youth was pulled back to reality.
Just then, one of the several glowing dwarves jumped to the young man's aid. The youth took his hand and didn't let go, no matter what.
The shining dwarf was a part of Tanjiro's heart, now the shining dwarf resided within him.
Because the shining dwarf resided in the young man, indirectly, Tanjiro managed to save someone who had fallen into darkness.
After reaching the young man, El asked. "Do you want to live longer?"
Hearing El's words like a light of hope, the young man looked at El seriously. "What do you mean?"
"You are sick with tuberculosis, your life is not long, do you still want to live?" El answered briefly. "Hurry up and answer, I'm busy."
"Yes, I want to live." said the young man solemnly.
El took out a bottle of drinking water and a medium-level healing potion from the storage ring.
Immediately unscrewing the cap of the water bottle and the mid-level healing potion, El poured five drops of the mid-level healing potion into the water bottle.
The young man felt confused by what El was doing. "What are you doing? Shouldn't you be helping your friend?"
"They're strong and will be fine." Then El handed him a bottle of water mixed with a medium-level healing potion.
With great ease, the young man caught the bottle of water but the young man's expression grew even more astonished and confused. "What does this mean?"
Turning around, El walked away from the youth. "Drink it, it will heal. You can share with your friend.
With a whispering voice like the night wind blowing, El said, "System, show me the Status panel."

"Is it that Six Tomoe Rinnegan can only be activated and deactivated as I please?"

Suddenly, El remembered Sasuke's warning before he drowned in a sea of blood and woke up from unconsciousness.
Sasuke warned about the consequences of such great power. From now on, El would lose empathy if he used Six Tomoe Rinnegan too often.
