The second person crying incoherently was Zenisu Agatsuma. In her mind, El had the urge to put a cloth over that person's mouth.
The name of the second person in this infirmary was Zenitsu Agatsuma. Zenitsu was a young man of average height, fair skin, and downcast, worried-looking eyes, which faded from soft brown to gold and gold, forked eyebrows that faded sharply to a warm orange color.
Zenitsu has short yellow hair of varying lengths, clipped right at the ends that fades to a darker orange color, which falls in front of her face with uneven bangs, resembling a bowl cut.
Before becoming a Demon Slayer, Zenitsu's hair was originally black, but it turned a yellow color when he was struck by lightning during his training.
For some time after the battle at Mount Natagumo, Zenitsu's limbs shrank temporarily due to the demon poison, but were able to return to normal afterwards thanks to the medicine he had been taking regularly developed by Shinobu Kocho.
In addition to seeing them, El also saw the box containing the sleeping Nezuko in the corner of the room. From the wooden box, El could faintly hear Nezuko's snoring.
"Ah, Uncle!" Tanjiro noticed El's arrival and greeted her enthusiastically.
"Uncle? He's your uncle, Tanjiro?" Zenitsu stopped crying and looked in the direction El had come from in surprise.
"Not a real uncle really, it's just that my late father knew each other." Tanjiro replied with a warm smile.
Zenitsu narrowed his eyes. 'The sound of his pulse sounds really scary. Similar to battlefield drums.'
El raised his right hand without answering anything. With sure steps, El walked to the bedside of Tanjiro and the yellow-haired man.
"Fruits." El placed a basket of fresh fruit on the table near Tanjiro.
Then El turned to the yellow-haired man and the man with the boar's head as a mask next to him.
El's expression was as cold as the frozen sea. However, El tried to look curious, not recognizing the yellow-haired man and the boar mask. For some reason, this makes El's facial expression look terrifying.
"Tanjiro, are they your friends?" said El in a cold tone of voice.
Hearing El's words, Tanjiro frowned slightly and felt astonished. 'This scent... Is uncle hiding something? But what?'
"Hiii! Horrible!" The yellow-haired man cried out in fear.
"What is it!" The man in the boar mask lying on the bed was startled and woke up.
"Wow!" Suddenly, Inosuke was frozen like a statue at the sight of El nearby.
Tanjiro's eyes rounded at the sight of his two friends. "Yes, they're my friends! Their names are Zenitsu and Inosuke."
"Ah!" Suddenly, Tanjiro remembered something. "Uncle, the Hinokami Kagura I used without the Mizu no Kokyu combination was surprisingly powerful!"
Tanjiro's face became sad as he recalled the horrific incident on Mount Natagumo. "But, the after-effects of using that move, my whole body was immobilized for quite some time."
El turned to look at Tanjiro who was pensively bowing his head. Raising his right hand, El patted Tanjiro's head. "That's because your physique is still weak. But, Hinokami Kagura is perfect for you."
Hearing El's words, Tanjiro seemed to regain the light of hope in his eyes. "Really, Uncle? Then, how do I become strong?"
El grinned. "Just ask the three little girls in the butterfly house. They should know. But, before that you have to get well."
El paused for a moment and said, "When you find the answer, use it to become strong and come see me. I'll teach you the thirteenth move."
Then El added, "That's right. The Kyojuro Rengoku family should have records on Hinokami Kagura. You can ask his later."
After saying those enigmatic words, El then turned around and walked towards the exit of the infirmary.
Tanjiro was again pensive, thinking again about the meaning of the enigmatic words.
After hearing El's fading footsteps, Zenitsu was curious and asked, "Tanjiro, your uncle's voice is so scary, I feel like he's not just anybody. How does your father know that person?"
Tanjiro looked at Zenitsu with a worried expression. Tanjiro shrugged his shoulders and replied, "Uncle smells like he's hiding something."
For a moment, Tanjiro fell silent and said, "Moreover, my late father never talked about it either."
"That one eye is so scary!" Inosuke said with cold sweat running down his neck.
Tanjiro smiled kindly and looked at the frightened Inosuke. "Inosuke, his name is Adrian. He doesn't smell like a bad guy."

El was currently walking in the corridor of the butterfly house. El actually intended to continue the A-level side mission, but considering that there will be another Hashira meeting tonight, inevitably El was forced to cancel her plan.
"What a hassle..." El muttered while walking.
"Adrian-san?"
As El walked, a familiar voice called out to her. El looked for where the voice came from. Apparently the voice came from behind. El turned his head, he saw a familiar woman.
"Hn, what's wrong?" El said with a cold and calm expression.
From the beginning, El had known that there were many other people in the butterfly mansion area just by feeling the aura of their existence. Among the aura of their existence, some felt familiar, and some felt unfamiliar.
The aura of a person's existence that feels familiar according to El, is the aura of existence belonging to Giyu, Shinobu, Tanjiro, Nezuko and Sumi Shinazugawa.
While some existence auras that don't feel familiar are probably those of Kanao Tsuyuri, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Aoi Kanzaki's assistant, Sumi Nakahara, Kiyo Terauchi, and Naho Takada.
Among them, the strong aura of existence is probably Kanao Tsuyuri. Given that Kanao Tsuyuri is a Tsuguko.
A Tsuguko is a highly talented Demon Slayer who has been appointed as the successor to one of the Hashiras, should the Hashira retire or die. To become a Tsuguko, a Demon Slayer can either apply and be accepted, or be scouted by one of the current Hashiras.
In other words, the Tsuguko title acts as a wild card for the Hashira title in the Demon Slayer Corps, which can only be obtained by a select few who have impressed the current Hashira.
El could tell that Sumi Shinazugawa was a student from the Butterfly mansion because he saw the butterfly-shaped hair ornament.
"Thank you for saving my life in the final selection." Sumi then smiled kindly.
"Hn." El replied casually.
"May I know why you came to this place?" asked Sumi, with a curious expression.
"Just visiting an acquaintance of mine, he was pretty badly beaten up." El replied casually.
"Eh? Do you have an acquaintance? What are their names?" said Sumi with an increasingly curious expression.
"Tanjiro and Nezuko." El answered briefly and clearly.
Sumi was stunned when El told her the names of the acquaintances she was referring to. Sumi lowered her head and thought, 'Tanjiro isn't he a patient from Mount Natagumo?'
Seeing Sumi pensive, El silently turned to leave, without leaving a word. El uses Gen'nichi Kō to move as fast as the blink of an eye.
In the Anime, Tanjiro uses the Gen'nichi Kō movement to dodge and perhaps Yoriichi Tsugukuni also does something similar to Tanjiro.
Perhaps it was only El who treated the movement of dodging Muzan's attacks, as well as the demons of his creation as stepping techniques. Actually El was not wrong either, Gen'nichi Kō did include stepping movements.
"If I'm not mistaken, Tanjiro Kamado is the demon exterminator that Master said brought a demon, his own sister, Nezuko Kamado?" muttered Sumi.
Sumi raised her head, demanding El's reassurance out of curiosity. "Adrian-san, how did you recognize them?"
"Eh?" But, when she looked up, El was no longer in front of Sumi.
"When did Adrian-san leave?" asked Sumi with a puzzled expression.
