Chapter 10 - 10

**Chapter 10**

**Peter's POV**

It's been a month since I took the new SSR. Controlling my strength has been difficult. After everyone left my room that night, I went to the lab to test the limits of my new powers. I was surprised to discover my strength was around 2 tons—much weaker than my future self—but my senses were extraordinary. I could see 360 degrees with my eyes closed, as if the images were in my mind. It was like the echolocation of dolphins and bats, but better. I could perceive precise details, seeing at a millimeter level with my eyes closed, with a range of about 1 kilometer. The best part was that my Spidey sense could now detect mystical elements. Apparently, this new sixth sense combined with my magical abilities, creating a seventh sense for magic. Cool. I wasn't expecting that.

Testing my healing factor was tricky. I had to start small, using a scalpel to make a 3 cm scar, which healed instantly. Increasing the wound size, I discovered that larger wounds took more time to heal but only about 10 minutes. For the ultimate test, I used magic to inflict deadly wounds, and they healed just as fast. Cutting off my thumb and hand was painful, but they both regenerated. I stopped there—I'm no masochist.

Next, I built gravity-increasing devices and attached them to my skin for training since old weights and exercises were now ineffective. I was strong and fast but not flexible, so I started a new training regimen. I didn't want to be all muscle. After a month of this new regime, I noticed significant changes in my body. Tonight, I'm going after Klaue for vibranium.

**Third Person POV**

Peter dressed in a black suit he built as a prototype for his Spidey suit. He went to the warehouse where Klaue was in the middle of a deal. Stealthily, he took down all of Klaue's men. As they noticed their comrades disappearing, they pulled out their guns and started shooting. Peter quipped his jokes like, "Missed me!" and made fun of them as he took down more people.

Klaue responded with a high-tech power gun. Peter dodged easily and, after some villain-hero banter, captured them all. He then took Klaue and demanded the location of the vibranium. Unfazed, Klaue refused and boasted about how dangerous he and his people were. Peter picked up a metal rod from the warehouse and pierced Klaue's thigh, making him scream in pain. Peter asked again, and after a bit more torture and threats, Klaue finally spoke. Peter never liked torture, but he had learned from Clint and Natasha to use it as a last resort. After tying Klaue up and calling the police, Peter went to retrieve the vibranium. He accessed his lab through a portal, storing the vibranium there before returning to his room. The portal worked perfectly, allowing him access to his lab from anywhere.

The next morning, Peter woke up, continued his exercise routine, had breakfast, and went to school as usual. After school, he went home and started designing a new suit for Spider-Man using vibranium and nanoparticles. The new suit would take a few months to complete.

**Peter's POV**

Now that everything about my secret identity is settled, it's time to work on my social life. First, I need to find Cindy. Her family and soon-to-be boyfriend Hector Cervantez messed her up so badly that she had trauma from not finding her parents and being betrayed by Hector.

**Third Person POV**

Peter found Cindy at a hockey rink. He had spent the last few days learning hockey and discovering her likes and dislikes. Today, he visited the rink where she played. Pretending to be a frustrated newbie, he fumbled around with the hockey stick.

Cindy noticed and giggled. Peter turned toward her and asked, "What's so funny?"

"Nothing, just that you're doing it all wrong," she replied, still smiling.

"Yeah? Can you do better?" Peter challenged.

"I can, and I will show you," Cindy said confidently. She demonstrated a perfect move, impressing Peter.

"Wow, you're amazing," Peter said, genuinely impressed. "Can you teach me?"

"Why are you trying to learn hockey?" she asked, curiosity piqued.

"I want to have four girlfriends, and I heard beauties like sports players," Peter said with a smirk.

Cindy laughed. "Keep dreaming about four girlfriends."

Peter smirked back. "I have two and am looking for a third one."

"No way," Cindy said, shocked.

"Yes way. And I think you would make an excellent candidate," Peter replied smoothly.

"Hell no. I am not going to be your girlfriend," Cindy said firmly.

"How about a challenge?" Peter suggested. "If I win a penalty game against you in a month, you'll be my girlfriend."

"No, I just met you," Cindy said, shaking her head.

Peter apologized, "Oh, sorry. How inconsiderate of me. Hi, I'm Peter Parker. May I ask who you are, mademoiselle?"

Cindy was taken aback by his politeness. "I'm Cindy Moon. Now, why would I be your girlfriend?"

"Are you afraid you'll lose to a newbie who learned from you?" Peter teased.

Frustrated, Cindy accepted the challenge. "You're on!"

Peter spent the next few weeks learning hockey from Cindy, flirting with her and getting to know her better. They developed a bond, and Cindy found herself looking forward to their practice sessions. Peter was charming, funny, and genuinely interested in her.

**Peter's POV**

Every day, I trained harder and spent time with Cindy. I wanted to show her she could trust me. Our banter and flirting became more natural, and I could see she was starting to open up. One day, after a particularly intense training session, I sat down beside her. "You know, Cindy, you're really good at this. You could go pro."

She said she wanted to but her mother says she should focus on her studies.

I said, squeezing her hand, "You don't have to listen to her. Do what you want."

For a moment, she looked vulnerable, then she squeezed my hand back. "Thanks, Peter."

**Third Person POV**

Over the next few weeks, Peter and Cindy grew closer. Their training sessions became a highlight of Cindy's day. She started to open up more, sharing stories about her family and her dreams. Peter listened, offering support and encouragement.

The day of their penalty game arrived. Peter was nervous, but he was determined to win. As they faced off on the rink, he could see the determination in Cindy's eyes. The game was intense, with both of them giving their all. In the end, Peter won by a narrow margin.

Breathless and exhilarated, Peter skated over to Cindy. "So, does this mean you're my girlfriend now?"

Cindy laughed, shaking her head. "I guess a deal's a deal."

Peter grinned, pulling her into a hug. "I promise you won't regret it."

As they left the rink, hand in hand, Peter felt a sense of accomplishment. He had not only won the game but also earned Cindy's trust and affection. With Cindy by his side, he felt ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

**Peter's POV**

With Cindy as my girlfriend, my life felt more balanced. My secret identity as Spider-Man, my new powers, and now my growing relationship with Cindy made me feel like I could handle anything. As I continued to train and work on my new suit, I knew I had a strong support system in Gwen, MJ, Harry, and now Cindy. The future looked promising, and I was ready to embrace it.
