Angelo has teleported himself to the tippy top of a building. He has his Sony Walkman, the one he stole from that music store and he has his mind set that he's going to throw himself off that building not because he wants to kill himself but because he's hoping his wings will pop up and he'll be able to fly.
Maybe falling and dying won't be such a bad thing after all because after that kiss he and Chris shared. Chris has been avoiding him and every time they're in the same space it's awkward and he doesn't even look Angelo's way. Angelo hasn't told Wendy about the kiss he has not told anyone about it because it's too embarrassing.
