Joshua sits on top of the high building, this is his spot, he doesn't come here to think he comes here to just forget. But it's hard to not think of anything when you've just killed your parents.
He's finally done it, he's killed the people who have abused him, the people who wanted to ruin his life by wanting to send him to a conversion camp. He's dealt with the people who bullied him. But why doesn't he feel satisfied, why does he feel like screaming at the top of his lungs? Why does he feel like freezing the whole city?
He fantasized about this moment where he would kill the people who hurt him and be happy about it. He thought he would be happy, he'd be satisfied or feel a sudden thrill. But he doesn't, all he feels is more anger and rage. And he hates it.
